Abstract

Bei einem Regelgerät 8 für ein einen Warmwasserkreis oder Wärmespeicher beheizendes Heizgerät, insbesondere Wärmepumpe, ist ein Sollwert für die Warmwassertemperatur einstellbar. Das Heizgerät weist wenigstens ein Sicherheitsorgan 5, 6, 7 auf, das bei Erreichen eines Grenzwertes das Heizgerät abschaltet. Um ein übermäßig häufiges Ansprechen des Sicherheitsorgans 5, 6, 7 zu vermeiden, setzt das Regelgerät 8 den eingestellten Sollwert herab, wenn im Heizbetrieb ein bestimmtes Kriterium auftritt. Dieses Kriterium ist das Ansprechen des Sicherheitsorgans 5, 6, 7 und/oder das Nichterreichen des Sollwertes in einem Zeitlimit oder ein unregelmäßig geringer Temperaturgradient.
