Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein monomerarmes Polyethylen-polyphenylenpolyisocyanatgemisch, enthaltend weniger als 0,4 Gew.-% 2-Kern-Methylendiphenyldiisocyanat (MDI), 20 bis 45 Gew.-% 3-Kern-PMDI, 10 bis 30 Gew.-% 4-Kern-PMDI und 30 bis 60 Gew.-% >= 5-Kern und höherkerniges PMDI, sowie ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung und dessen Verwendung als Isocyanatkomponente für Einkomponentenschäume sowie als Isocyanatkomponente für Polyurethanhartschaumstoffe.
