Abstract
The device has a nozzle body (2) with at least one first and second spray hole (5, 6), a first nozzle needle (8) in the form of a hollow needle, with which the injection of fuel via the at least one first spray hole can be controlled, a second nozzle needle (9) coaxial to the first for controlling fuel injection through the at least one second spray hole, a first spring (26) for introducing a first closing force in the closing direction of the first nozzle needle, a second spring (29) for introducing a second closing force in the closing direction of the second nozzle needle and an activatable and deactivatable force generator (34) that reduces or eliminates the second closing force in the activated state.
