Abstract

Bei Aggregaten mit hohen Drehmomenten werden aufgrund Einlauf- und Verschleißoptimierung die Verzahnungen oberflächenbehandelt. Nachfolgend müssen die Lager- und Synchronsitze nochmals geschliffen werden, da diese nicht oberflächenbehandelt sein dürfen. DOLLAR A Bei diesem Verfahren werden die Bauteile (1) an den Lagerstellen (3) unter Verwendung einer zweiteiligen Schutzhülse (4) und (5) abgedeckt. DOLLAR A In diesen Schutzhülsen (bevorzugtes Material VA) sind Nuten mit Dichtringen (6) eingearbeitet. Die Schutzhülsen werden gegeneinander gepresst und die Verzahnung (2) liegt für die Oberflächenbehandlung oder Phosphatierung frei. Die Verzahnung (2) wird so mit der Flüssigkeit im Behandlungsbad umspült, ohne dass die Lagerstellen (3) beeinträchtigt werden. Das beschriebene Verfahren ist umweltfreundlich und erspart den zweiten Schleifprozess, zusätzliches Handling und Transport. DOLLAR A Oberflächenbehandlung und Reduzierung von Schleifprozessen.
