Abstract
The method involves making available a video data with the compression system and preparing the video data. The video data is analyzed. Regenerated video data is segmented and parameterized where the segmentation of the picture is based on picture content of individual sequences of the video data. The regenerated and segmented video data is classified where during classification characteristic from the individual sequences is extracted. A determination is made for the algorithms from the multiplicity of the algorithms and or filter. A sequence for the determined of fixed algorithm is regenerated and segmented, and the video data is further analyses. The regenerated and segmented video data is compressed and a determination made for fixed algorithms and or filter techniques, the determined sequence and the determined parameter constellation. The results of the compression are evaluated by a metric.
