Abstract

Method for controlling vehicle systems using predefined data from the driving route, whereby the predefined data are compared with actual driving route data obtained using sensors and evaluation circuitry. According to the method, if the predefined data are not sufficiently convergent with the actual measured data, then automatic vehicle system control is at least partially suspended and the actual data are used to replace the stored predetermined data.
