Abstract

Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, ein Lösungsmittel für die Asphaltextraktion zu finden, welches die heutigen Bedingungen für die Umweltbelange erfüllt, also keine negativen Auswirkungen auf das Bedienpersonal und auf die Umgebungsluft besitzt und gleichzeitig keine zusätzlichen Maßnahmen, wie bauliche Veränderungen, an den Labors verlangt. DOLLAR A Als umweltschonendes Lösungsmittel wird im Asphaltextraktionsverfahren die Kohlenwasserstoffverbindung Octen eingesetzt. Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, im Destillationskreislauf im Siedebehälter im Überschuss Wasser zu erhitzen. Der entstehende Wasserdampf befördert bis zu achtmal mehr Octen zum Kondensator und läuft mit dem Lösungsmittel über das Extraktionsmaterial in den Verdampfer zurück. Soll die Extraktion beendet werden, wird das Octen nach dem Kondensator abgeleitet, so dass im Siedebehälter Wasser und Bitumen zurückbleiben. DOLLAR A Das Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung ist insbesondere die Asphaltextraktion in Straßenbaulaboratorien.
