Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Mikrospeicher. Gemäß der Erfindung weist der Mikrospeicher Einrichtungen zur fluiddichten Verbindung mit einer Speicherinhalt verarbeitenden Einrichtung, insbesondere einer Flusszelle, auf und umfasst in einer bevorzugten Einrichtung ein Substrat (1), eine auf dem Substrat unter Bildung eines Speicherraums (5) angeordnete Abdeckung (2) und eine in dem Substrat (1) gebildete Austrittsöffnung (8). Vorzugsweise ist die Abdeckung unter Verkleinerung des Speichervolumens verformbar, so dass sich Flüssigkeit aus dem Speicherraum heraus- und in die Speicherinhalt verarbeitende Einrichtung hineindrücken lässt.
