Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Katalysator-Trägerkörper (1), aufweisend eine Oberfläche (2), auf der eine mit der Oberfläche verbundene Beschichtung (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Beschichtung (3) Risse (4) mit einer Länge (5) aufweist, wobei diese Längen eine Gesamtrisslänge von mindestens 500 m/m·2· [Meter pro Quadratmeter] zeigen und wobei die Beschichtung (3) eine Haftzugfestigkeit von mindestens 500 N/m·2· [Newton pro Quadratmeter] aufweist. Solche Katalysator-Trägerkörper dienen der katalytischen Umsetzung von Reaktionspartner, beispielsweise bei der Partialoxidation von Propen und Acrolein zu Acrolein bzw. Acrylsäure. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Beschichtung für einen Katalysator-Trägerkörper, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines organischen mindestens eine Doppelbindung und Sauerstoff aufweisenden Moleküls, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserabsorbierenden Polymers, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserabsorbierenden Hygieneartikels sowie chemische Produkte oder die Verwendung von (Meth)Acrylsäure in chemischen Produkten.The invention relates to a catalyst carrier body (1), comprising a surface (2) on which a coating (3) connected to the surface is provided, the coating (3) having cracks (4) with a length (5), these lengths exhibiting a total crack length of at least 500 m / m x 2 x [meter per square meter], and wherein the coating (3) has an adhesive tensile strength of at least 500 N / m x 2 x [Newton per square meter].
