Abstract

Es wird ein Handschleifgerät mit einem Gehäuse, einem Elektromotor mit einer Antriebswelle, einem motorisch bewegbaren Trägerelement zum Tragen eienr Arbeitsplatte, an der ein Schleifmittel anbringbar ist, und einer elektrischen Steuereinrichtung mit einem Schalter zur Steuerung der Drehzahl des Elektromotors beschrieben. Dieses Handschleifgerät soll derart weitergebildet werden, dass die Regulierung der Drehzahl des Motors in Abhängigkeit von der Andruckkraft der Arbeitsplatte des Handschleifgeräts auf die Bearbeitungsoberfläche eines Werkstückes in einfacher Weise und kostengünstig realisierbar ist, wobei gleichzeitig eine Verringerung der Lebensdauer des Handschleifgeräts durch Hochdrehen der Motordrehzahl in nicht auf die Bearbeitungsoberfläche aufgesetztem Zustand vermieden werden soll. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass an der der Arbeitsplatte abgewandten Seite des Gehäuses ein gegenüber dem Gehäuse in Richtung einer Anfangsposition vorgespanntes Handflächen-Betätigungselement zum manuellen Betätigen des Schalters von außerhalb des Gehäuses vorgesehen ist, wobei es hierzu durch eine Andruckkraft des Bedieners, die entgegen der Vorspannkraft und zumindest mit einer Kraftkomponente in einer zu der Ebene der Arbeitsplatte im Wesentlichen senkrechten Richtung wirkt, um einen Verschiebeweg aus der Anfangsposition in eine Endposition verschiebbar ist, wobei der Anfangsposition des Handflächen-Betätigungselements eine niedrigere Drehzahl zugeordnet ist und der ...
