Abstract

Technisches Problem der Erfindung DOLLAR A Alle zertifizierten elektronischen Dokumentenmanagment- und Archivierungssysteme, wie z. B. DOLLAR I1 bringen für den Nutzer im Bauwesen wesentliche Nachteile mit sich. Auf Grund der hohen Investitionskosten können die meisten Anwender das entsprechende System nur mieten und sind an die Dienstleistung des Systemanbieters gebunden. Eine Feinklassisfizierung aller Dokumente ist wegen der verschiedensten Fachbezeichnungen im Bauwesen nicht möglich, so dass der Nutzer bei der Recherche nicht sofort auf ein gesuchtes Einzeldokument zugreifen kann. DOLLAR A Das neue Archivierungssystem soll diese Nachteile beseitigen. DOLLAR A Lösung des Problems DOLLAR A Mit Hilfe eines Codes werden alle Dokumente vom Anwender nutzerspezifisch feinklassifiziert, das heißt, wesentliche fachliche Dokumentmerkmale werden im Dateinamen codiert. Dadurch kann der Nutzer seine Dokumente selbst digital archivieren und findet bei der Dokumentrecherche durch Decodierung seines Schlüssels sofort das gesuchte Einzeldokument. DOLLAR A Anwendungsgebiet DOLLAR A Dieses System kann im gesamten Bauwesen angewendet werden, gewährleistet eine revisionssichere Archivierung und lässt sich mit geringstem Kostenaufwand betriebssystemunabhängig in jede vorhandene Hard- und Softwareumgebung integrieren.
