Bahnen und Platten aus Kunststoffen, mit folgenden Schritten;
Zubereitung
einer Kunststoffschmelze in einem Extruder und Entnahme derselben
als Schmelzenband aus der Breitschlitzdüse des Extruders, oder Erzeugung
eines Schmelzenbandes durch Erwärmen
eines vorgefertigten Kunststoffhalbzeuges und Überführung in den weichplastischen
Zustand in einem Heizraum oder Heizkanal und
Weiterführung des
Schmelzenbandes (9) in einen Kalander, wobei das Schmelzenband (9)
zwischen zwei synchron laufenden, endlosen Bändern (1) und (2), vornehmlich
aus Metall, nach gemeinsamen Teilumlauf der Formwalze (5) in eine
mit zwei ebenen Kühlplatten
(11) und (12) ausgetattete Kühlstation
transportiert wird, in der das durchfahrende Schmelzenband unter
Druck der Kühlplatten
aus dem weichplastischen in den hartplastischen Zustand gebracht
wird, wobei die Gravur des Gravurbandes (1) auf der Oberfläche des
erstarrenden Schmelzenbandes abgeformt wird, wobei die zwischen
