Abstract

Clip ein neuartiges Ohrverkleidungsstück entsteht, das eine eng am Ohr anliegende Form aufweist. Die folgenden Zeilen beschreiben den Prototyp eines „Ohrenschützer", wie ich ihn mit meinen zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten gemacht habe. Dieser „Ohrenschützer" kann angefertigt werden, in dem man sich z. B. Baumwollstoff (20 × 15 cm) besorgt, daraus (A) 2 ohrförmige Stücke im Maß von ca. (12 × 9 cm) herausschneidet. (B) Man nimmt ein Stoff bzw. Textil das so geschaffen ist, dass es auf einer Seite wasserabweisend und auf der anderen evtl. filzig ist, um wärmend zu wirken. Aus diesem Textil schneidet man ein Stück in Ohrform auf ca. (7 × 5cm) heraus und legt dieses Stück mittig zwischen die 2 größeren Stoffstücke (A). Dann werden die insg. 3 Stoffstücke am äußeren verlauf des in der Mitte liegenden Textils (B) miteinander vernäht (C). Die 2 äußeren Stoffstücke (A) lappen (hängen) jetzt über. Desweiteren wird eine (13 × 0,2 cm) große Schnur zwischen die überlappenden Stoffstücke gelegt. Danach vernäht man die überlappenden Stücke so, dass die Schnur beweglich (mit Spielraum), zwischen der ersten Naht (C) und zweiten Naht (D) verläuft. Der Reststoff der überlappt wird eng nach der zweiten Naht (D) weggeschnitten. Die „Ohrenschützer" sollen allerdings in Ihrer Anwendung maschinell u. mit einem Material wie z.
