DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schneidvorrichtung an Formatwalzen von Pappenmaschinen. Die bisher bekannten Einrichtungen dieser Art bestehen aus einem im Inneren der Formatwalze angeordneten Schermesser, das nach Erreichen der gewünschten Schichtdicke des Pappenwickels aus der Formatwalze herausschnellt und den Wickel stellenweise aufwölbt, sowie aus einer mit dem Messer der Formatwalze scherenden Gegenwalze. Diese Gegenwalze ist mit einer Längsnut für den Eintritt des aus der Formatwalze herausschnellenden Messers versehen, wobei der Pappenwickel in ziehendem Schnitt durchtrennt wird. Diese bekannte Einrichtung hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß die Gegenwalze immer synchron mit der Formatwalze laufen muß, damit das nach Erreichen der gewünschten Schichtdicke des Pappenwickels aus der Formatwalze herausschnellende Messer genau in die Längsnut der Gegenwalze eintritt und den Wickel durchschneidet.The invention relates to a cutting device on format rollers of cardboard machines.
