einer durch Koextrusion hergestellten polyolefinischen Trägerfolie, die eine unterseitige Haftvermittlerschicht auf der Basis von Polyolefinen oder Reaktionsharzen und mindestens eine weitere Schicht aus Polypropylen oder einem Polypropylen-Polyolefin-Mischpolymerisat aufweist, und
einer Folie aus einem linearen Polyester (PET) oder aus Polymethylmethacrylat (PMMA) als Deckschicht,
wobei die Deckschicht innenseitig mit einem Druckmotiv bedruckt und mittels einer Klebstoffschicht mit dem unterseitigen Material verbunden ist. Die beschriebene Verbundfolie dient der Oberflächenveredlung von Blechtafeln, Kunststoffplatten, Holzwerkstoffen und dergleichen, die nach ihrer Beschichtung durch Umformung und/oder spanende Bearbeitungen weiter verarbeitet werden. Die fest aufgebrachte Verbundfolie bildet eine dekorative und kratzfeste Oberfläche und ist ausreichend flexibel, so dass ein mit der Verbundfolie beschichtetes Material durch Biege- und Tiefziehverfahren umgeformt werden kann. Eine bevorzugte Anwendung der Verbundfolie ist die Beschichtung von Blechen, die beispielsweise im Automobilbau und bei der Herstellung von Haushaltsmaschinen zum Einsatz kommen.

Mehrschichtige Verbundfolie zur Oberflächenbeschichtung, insbesondere von Blechen, mit einem Schichtenaufbau bestehend aus zumindest einer durch Koextrusion hergestellten polyolefinischen Trägerfolie (6), die eine unterseitige Haftvermittlerschicht (7) auf der Basis von Polyolefinen oder Reaktionsharzen und mindestens eine weitere Schicht (8) aus Polypropylen oder einem Polypropylen-Polyolefin-Mischpolymerisat aufweist, und einer Folie aus einem linearen Polyester (PET) oder aus Polymethylmethacrylat (PMMA) als Deckschicht (9), wobei die Deckschicht (9) innenseitig mit einem Druckmotiv (10) bedruckt und mittels einer Klebstoffschicht (11) mit dem unterseitigen Material verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der polyolefinischen Trägerfolie (6) und der Deckschicht (9) eine Metallschicht (12) angeordnet ist, die von einer Metallisierung der Trägerfolie gebildet wird oder aus einer metallisierten Kunststofffolie oder einer Metallfolie besteht, und dass das Druckmotiv (10) an der Innenseite der Deckschicht (9) die Struktur eines gebürsteten Bleches nachbildet, wobei durch das Zusammenwirken des Druckmotivs (10) und der Metallschicht (12) die Optik einer gebürsteten Metalloberfläche erzeugt wird.Multi-layer composite film for surface coating, in particular of sheet metal, with a layer structure consisting of at least one polyolefinic carrier film produced by coextrusion ( 6 ), which has an underside of adhesion promoter layer ( 7 ) based on polyolefins or reactive resins and at least one additional layer ( 8th ) made of polypropylene or a polypropylene-polyolefin copolymer, and a film made of a linear polyester (PET) or of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) as a cover layer ( 9 ), the top layer ( 9 ) inside with a print motif ( 10 ) printed and by means of an adhesive layer ( 11 ) is connected to the underside material, characterized in that between the polyolefinic carrier film ( 6 ) and the top layer ( 9 ) a metal layer ( 12 ) is arranged, which is formed by a metallization of the carrier film or consists of a metallized plastic film or a metal foil, and that the print motif ( 10 ) on the inside of the top layer ( 9 ) reproduces the structure of a brushed sheet, whereby the interaction of the print motif ( 10 ) and the metal layer ( 12 ) the look of a brushed metal surface is created.
