Das Stapler- und Nähgerät im Maulteil erlangt, die zum Ansetzten der jeweils erneut erforderlichen Nähvorganges, seine Grundstellung wieder durch Anbringen eines Feder- und Spannelementes aus Metall direkt am Pinzettendruckteil. Nach erfolgter Grundstellung des Stapler-Nähgerätes erfolgt die automatische Nachladung des Clipmagazins durch die automatische Clipnachlademechanik, wie oben beschrieben. Das Clipmagazin kann entweder am Maulinnenteil zum Griff hin oder am Maulaußenteil zum Operationsfeld hin am Instrument angebracht werden. Es können Clipmagazine oder Einzelclipse in den Materialien Titan, Implantatestahl, Silber, Gold und alle Arten von metallischen Werkstoffen, die für medizinische Zwecke eingesetzt werden. Der Durchmesser der Einzelnen Clipse kann mit beliebig Durchmesser gewählt werden.
