Abstract

Die Lager 13 nehmen auch die Axialkräfte der zu verdrängenden Flüssigkeit 14 auf. Die Ketten 10 werden über die Umlenkrollen 15 umgelenkt, um der zentrisch auf der Membrane 6 befindlichen Pumpe 16 den Platz bzw. nötigen Raum für die Auf- und Abwärtsbewegung zu geben. Der Drucktransducer 17 gibt den Druckistwert der zu verdrängenden Flüssigkeit 14 an eine elektronische Steuerung, die den Istwert mit dem Sollwert vergleicht und den Getriebemotor 8 entsprechend den Druckvorgaben steuert. Der Inkrementaldrehgeber 18 ist über eine Kupplung mit einer Umlenkrolle 15 verbunden und übernimmt somit über die Kette 10 die Drehbewegung der Spindelmuttern 12. Die Informationen des Inkrementaldrehgebers 18 werden in einer elektronischen Steuerung ausgewertet, es stehen nun exakte Informationen über den Füllstand der zu verdrängenden Flüssigkeit 14 im Faß zur Verfügung.
