Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Heizkörpers an einer Wand oder dergleichen mit einer Schiene, die in etwa die Form eines U-Profils aufweist und welche an der Wand befestigbar ist. Am unteren Ende der Schiene ist eine untere Halterung für einen Teil des Heizkörpers vorgesehen. Weiterhin ist ein Halter, der in das obere Ende der Schiene einführbar und wieder aus diesem entnehmbar ist und der den Heizkörper von oben in seinem montierten Zustand zumindest bereichsweise übergreift, vorgesehen, wobei der Halter in seinem montierten Zustand höhenmäßig zum Heizkörper in der Schiene positionierbar und in dieser Position durch ein Befestigungsglied festlegbar ist und mit einem Betätigungselement, welches dazu dient den Halter aus seinem montierten Zustand an der Schiene zu lösen. Die Erfindung schlägt nun vor, dass an dem Halter eine einzelne Klemme vorgesehen ist, die an dem Halter anordbar ist, wobei die Klemme sowohl das Befestigungsglied als auch das Betätigungselement umfasst und dass der Halter in seinem montierten Zustand an der Schiene automatisch festgelegt und gegen unbeabsichtigtes Entfernen gesichert wird.The invention relates to a device for holding a radiator on a wall or the like with a rail which has approximately the shape of a U-profile and which can be fastened to the wall. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Heizkörpers an einer Wand oder Ähnlichem. Solche Vorrichtungen finden vielfach Verwendung um einen Heizkörper an einer Wand zu befestigen und gegen unbeabsichtigtes Entfernen zu sichern. Teilweise werden die entsprechenden Vorrichtungen separat verkauft, teilweise aber auch direkt mit einem neuen Heizkörper zusammen. Um Verpackung und Platz zu sparen, kann man die Vorrichtung zwischen die Konvektorbleche des Heizkörpers stecken und so die Teile gemeinsam verpacken und anbieten. Wenn die Vorrichtung eine Schiene sowie einen oberen und einen unteren Halter umfasst, muss wenigstens einer der Halter abnehmbar sein, damit die Vorrichtung von der Länge her zwischen den Konvektorblechen anordbar ist.The invention relates to a device for holding a radiator on a wall or the like. Die Zunge dient hier gleichzeitig als Befestigungsglied und als Betätigungselement. Die Zunge kann in einem besonderen Ausführungsbeispiel auch in zwei oder mehr Teile gespalten sein. Dabei kann zwischen den Teilen ein größerer oder kleinerer Spalt sein. Die Teile sind dabei bevorzugt parallel zueinander und senkrecht zu der Kante angeordnet. Device according to one of the Claims 2 until 5 , characterized in that the elastic tongue (33) simultaneously serves as an actuating element (31).

Device according to one of the Claims 2 until 6 , characterized in that the tongue (33) is split into two or more parts.

Device according to one of the Claims 1 until 7 , characterized in that the clamp (30) is made of an elastic sheet material, in particular of a spring steel.

Device according to one of the Claims 1 until 8th , characterized in that the holder (20) in its mounted state (20.1) is continuously adjustable in height in the rail (10).

Device according to one of the Claims 1 until 9 , characterized in that the rail (10) has a structure (16), an embossing, a corrugation, a knurling, a toothing, a roughening and/or notches at least in the region (15) of its U-profile (11) which can come into operative connection with the fastening member (32).

Device according to one of the Claims 1 until 10 , characterized in that the clamp (30) can be detachably fastened to the holder (20).

Device according to one of the Claims 1 until 11 , characterized in that the clamp (30) has a flag (37) to arrange the clamp (30) on the holder (20) in the correct position.

Device according to one of the Claims 1 until 12 , characterized in that the clamp (30) has one or more tabs (36) which can be inserted into one or more recesses (23) on the holder (20) in order to bring the clamp (30) into the exact position on the holder (20).

Device according to one of the Claims 1 until 13 , characterized in that the clamp (30) can be locked to the holder (20).

Device according to Claim 14 , characterized in that the holder (20) has one or more locking projections (22) and the clamp (30) has one or more counter-locking projections (35) which can be brought into operative connection with the locking projections (22) in order to lock the clamp (30) on the holder (20).
