Description
The invention relates to a computer-implemented method for structuring the communication of communication content between at least two participants over a network, with the participants taking on either a participant or moderator role.
The communication content is available in particular as voice files, text files, multimedia files, image files and video files or as live spoken audio or video streams.
Participants include natural persons and other identities, such as identities powered by artificial intelligence. The participants take on either a participant or moderator role.

The invention is based on the object of proposing a method that ensures compliance with a given form of communication in order to improve the communication process on a factual and/or emotional level between the participants.
This task is solved by a method with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the features of the subclaims.
- - The relationship level between the participants is improved towards respect, appreciation, trust and joy in the exchange,
- - deeper communications with more and far-reaching results are made possible and
- - effectiveness is increased, in particular, the number and duration of meetings are reduced, factual progress is promoted and the number of errors, objections and resistance is reduced.
- - the right to communicate by allocating communication time to exactly one participant at a time for a communication contribution. Optionally, the communication time for a communication contribution can be limited or a static and/or dynamic time budget can be allocated for individual participants or groups of participants,
- - the structure of the communication time for each communication contribution, which is divided into two clearly structured time periods for each communication contribution for the participant, a section 1 and a section 2. In a communication time for a participant's communication contribution, Section-1 always occurs before and, if necessary, Section-2. It is technically impossible for Section-2 to occur alone or before Section-1.
- - If the communication right has not yet been assigned to a participant, it can be taken over by an interested participant or a moderator in the network.
- - The right to communicate can be transferred from a participant or moderator to another participant.
- - The participant who receives or takes over the right to communicate must always complete section 1 of the communication before the participant can move on to section 2. Section-1 is used to transmit communication content that improves the communication atmosphere, such as positive emotions. Communication content is strictly reserved for Section 2. Section-2 is optional.
- - At the end of a communication contribution or after a communication time limited by the system has expired, the participant/the system releases the communication right again or passes it on to another participant.
- - The current location of the communication right in the network, be it “freely available” or with a participant, is clearly signaled to all participants. Likewise the current Section-1 or Section-2 if a participant has the right to communicate.
- - All participants without communication rights cannot transmit communication content, as this is only possible for one participant at a time - the holder of the communication right.
- - Participants without communication rights can always make their communication request visible, which gives the current holder of the communication right the opportunity to specifically hand over the communication right to such a participant or to make it available to the general public.
- - If the right of communication is not assigned to a participant and there are several requests/requests for the right of communication from other participants, an allocation procedure is used that can be defined in the communication room/group using adjustable specifications, such as that participants with shorter speeches are allowed to speak at the When granting the right to communicate, preference will be given to those who have previously spoken less frequently in terms of number or for less time in terms of time. Also possible are urgency levels that the participant can apply in the current situation, including hierarchical priorities that override all other factors for granting communication rights.
- - The entire course of a communication session can be statistically evaluated, evaluated secretly by the participants/moderator or in open voting or individual commenting.
- - It is also optionally possible for each participant to receive a ranking from the other participants in the two levels Part-1, emotional component and Part-2, factual component. This can be done covertly and delayed in time/or after an event and rankings can be made visible/or invisible and converted into a certain number of levels.
- - The process is implemented as software that can run in distributed systems and/or on servers.
- „Wichtigkeit“, „Zustimmung / Ablehnung“, „Hand heben“
- - A speech recognition and analysis system records the spoken or written contributions and clearly assigns them to the respective senders.
- - Time recording: speaking times, speaking frequency and length are recorded for each participant.
- - Reactions of a speaker are recorded, such as his willingness to hand over his right to speak to someone else when a wish to speak is signaled by one or more others.
- - Voice characteristics such as calmness or excitement, speaking speed, volume, tone, pauses, stretches, dynamics, modulation and impulsive outbursts are recorded.
- - A data set is created/maintained with the characteristics of a speaker from previous contributions and their behavior.
- - A database of words and phrases, each assigned a set of weighted properties in different categories. Categories are, for example: “emotion”, “factual”, “relationship/I/you”, “reinforcing/weakening”, “connecting/dividing”, “upgrading/devaluing” ... as well as others that are included in updates and /or be added associatively on the fly by a self-learning system.
- - The right to speak is awarded based on the recorded behavior, if necessary additionally prioritization according to the person's rank, importance of the contribution, a positive/negative score of the person, their previous speaking times or the order in which a request to speak is registered.
- - An artificial intelligence system with self-learning function can be added.
- - The system always allows human intervention to change the right to speak or revoke it as determined by the system
- a) by assigning authority to a moderator(s) to override system decisions
- b) through weighted group decisions with equal or different voting rights for individual participants - participants also have input options via buttons, such as:
- “Importance”, “Agree/Disagree”, “Raise your hand”
