Abstract

Vorgeschlagen ist ein Riemenspanner (1) zum Vorspannen des Riemens eines Riementriebs einer Brennkraftmaschine und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Riemenspanners, der umfasst:- ein an der Brennkraftmaschine befestigtes Basisteil (2),- einen gegenüber dem Basisteil drehbar gelagerten Spannhebel (3) mit einer vom Riemen umschlungenen Spannrolle (4), die mittels einer Schraube (10) auf dem Spannhebel befestigt ist,- und eine zwischen dem Basisteil und dem Spannhebel eingespannte Drehfeder (7), deren Federdrehmoment die Riemenvorspannung erzeugt.Der Schraubenkopf (9) der Schraube dient als Eingriffskontur für ein Montagewerkzeug, das bei der Montage des Riemens in den Riementrieb den Spannhebel unter Erhöhung des Federdrehmoments gegenüber dem Basisteil verdreht.
