Abstract

Shoe, in particular a sports shoe, with a shoe upper (1) and a lower shoe connected to the shoe upper (1), the lower shoe consisting of at least one upper sole (2) and at least one lower sole (3,4). The upper sole (2) is connected to the shoe upper (1) and to the lower sole(s) (3,4). The lower sole(s) (3,4) is/are replaceable, which is made possible by a tongue and groove system (5,6) that connects the upper sole (2) and the lower sole(s) (3,4) to one another.

Description

The invention relates to a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, with a shoe upper and a sole connected to the shoe upper, wherein the sole consists of at least two components and the undersole can be replaced. The sports shoe is preferably a football shoe.

Shoes of this type - for example designed as football boots - are well known in the art in a large number of embodiments.

Football boots generally consist of a shoe shaft (upper shoe) and an outsole attached to the shoe shaft. The sole supports the foot of the wearer of the shoe, transfers forces from the foot to the ground and - depending on the intended use of the shoe - provides a certain degree of cushioning. The sole usually has a profile on its outside to increase friction with the ground and prevent the shoe from accidentally slipping. The latter aspect is particularly important for sports shoes.

Sports shoes therefore often have special profiles that are adapted to the respective sport. For example, football and rugby shoes often have studs that grip the relatively soft surface (e.g. grass) and thus enable a high degree of traction. Sprint shoes use spikes as profile elements that penetrate the surface of a running track and prevent the runner from slipping. Golf shoes also have so-called "spikes" which, due to their design, significantly increase the traction of the shoe, especially on grass.

The US7,730,637 B2 refers to a modular shoe comprising a shoe upper having a top and a bottom, a chassis removably disposed within the shoe upper, and a plurality of studs. Each stud is removably attached to the chassis through the bottom of the shoe upper. The bottom of the shoe upper is clamped between the chassis and at least one of the attached studs.

The FR 2 813 766 refers to a shoe having a sole with raised sections under the sole and heel. The upper of the shoe has openings in its bottom into which these raised sections fit.

The US$997,657 refers to a sports shoe or slipper with a solid outsole having a plurality of openings in its profile portion and provided with a detachable and renewable profile element having a portion arranged to cover the inside of the outsole profile portion and having thereon blocks fitting into the openings and protruding through the openings to the outside of the outsole.

The US8,813,387 B2 refers to an article of footwear that includes a shoe upper and a sole structure. The shoe upper defines an interior cavity configured to receive the sole structure and a foot. A lower surface of the shoe upper defines a plurality of openings, and the sole structure includes a plurality of protrusions extending through the openings to form a ground-contacting surface.

The WO 97/46127 refers to a method of manufacturing a shoe, which includes forming a shoe upper, the shoe upper including a plurality of openings on its bottom and an inner foot-shaped cavity. Next, a shoe outsole is inserted into the inner cavity so that portions of the outsole protrude from the openings in the shoe upper and form an outer contact surface of the shoe. The outsole is connected to the shoe upper by gluing and/or sewing.

The DE102015200526A1 relates to a sports shoe, wherein the base plate is suitable for being interchangeably inserted into a shoe upper, and wherein the base plate has a plate-shaped, rigid and solid body, a plurality of profile elements which are suitable for extending through corresponding openings in an underside of the shoe upper when the base plate is inserted into the shoe upper, and wherein the profile elements are formed in one piece with the body. The base plate extends continuously from a heel region of the shoe upper to a toe region of the shoe upper.

A disadvantage of common shoes, especially sports shoes, is that they do not have a profile that adapts to the surface. In addition, conventional sports shoes usually break at the connection between the sole and the upper material. This often happens after one season.

The present invention is therefore based on the object of eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages well-known shoes, especially sports shoes.

This problem is solved by a shoe according to claim 1, the sole of which can be replaced using a tongue and groove binding. The replaceable sole means that the entire pair of shoes does not have to be replaced, but the sole can be replaced quickly and easily. This saves resources and the sole can be adapted to the respective surface as required.

The present invention relates to a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, with a shoe upper and a lower shoe connected to the shoe upper, the lower shoe consisting of at least one upper sole and at least one lower sole. The upper sole is connected to the upper shoe and to the lower sole(s). The lower sole(s) is/are replaceable, which is made possible by a tongue and groove system that connects the upper sole and the lower sole to one another. The lower sole consists of at least two sole parts. There is a front sole part and a heel sole. The heel sole is elliptically shaped. This prevents the sole part from twisting, as could happen with a circular shape. Several studs are attached to one sole part. This speeds up and simplifies the replacement process. The design of a groove in an upper sole can be continuous or implemented in the form of several closed grooves. The tongue in an lower sole can also be continuous or implemented as several closed tongues. A circumferential groove (as shown in the figures) offers the advantage that more force can be absorbed, while with several self-contained tongue and groove connections, the bending ability is improved. The groove can be T- or L-shaped in cross section. The tongue can also be T- or L-shaped. A T-shape provides more stability, while an L-shape makes changing easier. Furthermore, the tongue can be rounded and/or bevelled in cross section to make it easier to clamp into the groove. An angle of 30° to 50° is used here.

• 4: ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines vorderen Teils einer Untersohle (3). Dieser Teil der Untersohle (3) wird ebenfalls durch eine Feder (6) in einer Nut (5) auswechselbar befestigt. Mehrere Stollen (7) sind Teil der Untersohle (3,4).
• 5: ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Nut-Feder-Verbindung (5,6) im Querschnitt. Die Nut (5) ist hierbei T-förmig und Teil der Obersohle (2). Die darin lösbar befestigte Feder (6) ist Teil einer Untersohle (3,4). Die Feder (6) ist hierbei ebenfalls T-förmig und an den Ecken abgerundet beziehungsweise abgeflacht, um das Einklemmen der Feder (6) der Untersohle (3,4) in die Nut (5) der Obersohle (2) zu erleichtern. Die plane Fläche unten gewährleistet einen stabilen Zusammenhalt der Untersohle (3,4) und Obersohle (2).

• 4 : an embodiment of a front part of an undersole (3). This part of the undersole (3) is also fastened in a groove (5) by a spring (6) in a replaceable manner. Several studs (7) are part of the undersole (3,4).
• 5 : an embodiment of a tongue and groove connection (5,6) in cross section. The groove (5) is T-shaped and part of the upper sole (2). The tongue (6) detachably attached to it is part of an undersole (3,4). The tongue (6) is also T-shaped and has rounded or flattened corners to make it easier to clamp the tongue (6) of the undersole (3,4) into the groove (5) of the upper sole (2). The flat surface at the bottom ensures that the undersole (3,4) and upper sole (2) are held together securely.

The lower sole(s) (3,4) is/are replaceable, which is made possible by a tongue and groove system (5,6) that connects the upper sole (2) and the lower sole(s) (3,4) to one another. Shoe after Claim 1 , characterized in that the undersole (3,4) consists of at least two sole parts. There is a front sole part (3) and a heel part (4). Shoe after Claim 1 , characterized in that several studs (7) are attached to the undersole (3,4). Shoe after Claim 1 and 2 , characterized in that the groove (5) can be continuous, or several closed grooves (5) hold the undersole (3,4). Shoe after Claim 1 and 2 , characterized in that the spring (6) can be continuous, or several springs (6) attach the lower sole (3,4) to the upper sole (2).
