Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung zur Aufbewahrung von Waren umfassend einen Grundkörper (12) aus Karton oder Papier, wobei der Grundkörper (12) mindestens einen Verpackungsinnenraum (14) zur Aufnahme der Waren aufweist und der Verpackungsinnenraum (14) zumindest durch entsprechende Seiten- und Bodenwände (16, 20a, 22a, 26a, 26b) begrenzt wird, und in dem Grundkörper (12) mindestens eine Öffnung (40) zur Sichtbarmachung der Waren im Verpackungsinnenraum (14) ausgebildet ist. Dabei ist die Öffnung (40) mittels mindestens einem separat gefertigten, aus Karton oder Papier bestehenden, gitterartigen Flächenelement (42) umfassend eine Vielzahl an Gitteröffnungen (44) teilweise oder komplett überdeckt. Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung zur Aufbewahrung von Waren umfassend einen Grundkörper aus Karton oder Papier, wobei der Grundkörper mindestens einen Verpackungsinnenraum zur Aufnahme der Waren aufweist und der Verpackungsinnenraum zumindest durch entsprechende Seiten-, und Bodenwände begrenzt wird, und in dem Grundkörper mindestens eine Öffnung zur Sichtbarmachung der Waren im Verpackungsinnenraum ausgebildet ist. Verpackungen zur Aufbewahrung und dosierten Abgabe von Waren sind in einer großen Vielzahl unterschiedlichster Ausführungsformen bekannt. So beschreibt die DE 202 12 076 U1 einen Verpackungskörper, der unter anderem zumindest einen Öffnungsbereich aufweist, der die verpackten Waren von außen sichtbar macht. Entsprechendes gilt für die WO 2021/075972 A1 , die DE 94 13 598 U1 oder die DE 7005838 U1 . Nachteilig an diesen Verpackungen ist jedoch, dass beispielsweise eine Änderung der Gestaltung der genannten Öffnungs- beziehungsweise Sichtbereiche nur über eine entsprechende Änderung der Stanzwerkzeuge möglich ist. Ein erster Aspekt der Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung zur Aufbewahrung von Waren umfassend einen Grundkörper aus Karton oder Papier, wobei der Grundkörper mindestens einen Verpackungsinnenraum zur Aufnahme der Waren aufweist und der Verpackungsinnenraum zumindest durch entsprechende Seiten- und Bodenwände begrenzt wird, und in dem Grundkörper mindestens eine Öffnung zur Sichtbarmachung der Waren im Verpackungsinnenraum ausgebildet ist. Dabei ist die Öffnung mittels mindestens einem separat gefertigtem, aus Karton oder Papier bestehenden, gitterartigen Flächenelement umfassend eine Vielzahl von Gitteröffnungen teilweise oder komplett überdeckt. Das gitterartige Flächenelement bietet erfindungsgemäß die Möglichkeit, die im Grundkörper der Verpackung ausgebildete Öffnung zur Sichtbarmachung der Waren im Verpackungsinnenraum zu verschließen beziehungsweise zu verkleinern, so dass die Wren einerseits sicher in dem Verpackungsinnenraum zurückgehalten werden und andererseits unterschiedlichste Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Vielzahl an Gitteröffnungen ermöglichen. Beispielsweise können die Gitteröffnungen Formen aufweisen, die zumindest in stilisierter Form den Umrissen der in der Verpackung aufbewahrten Waren entsprechen. Da sowohl die Verpackung beziehungsweise der Grundkörper der Verpackung wie auch das Flächenelement aus Karton oder Papier bestehen, ist zudem ein problemloses und einfaches Recyceln der Verpackung möglich. Besteht der Grundkörper der Verpackung beispielsweise aus Karton und das gitterartige Flächenelement aus Papier, ist eine problemlose Ausgestaltung der Gitteröffnungen im Flächenelement möglich. Dies wäre beispielsweise bei einer bekannten Verpackung ohne zusätzliches Flächenelement, die ebenfalls aus Karton besteht, nur sehr schwer und mit großem Kostenaufwand möglich, da hier in jedem Fall spezielle Stanzwerkzeuge hergestellt werden müssten. Die Öffnung zur Sichtbarmachung der Waren im Verpackungsinnenraum ist üblicherweise in dem Grundkörper der Verpackung ausgebildet. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass die Öffnung als Eingriffsöffnung bei schalenartigen Verpackungen oder auch als Deckelelement bei schalenartigen Verpackungen ausgebildet sein kann. Des Weiteren können die Gitteröffnungen des Flächenelementes alle geeigneten zweidimensionalen Formen aufweisen. Insbesondere können - wie bereits oben dargelegt - die Gitteröffnungen die Umrisse der verpackten Waren aufweisen und so dem Käufer einen zusätzlichen optischen Anreiz geben. Aber auch alle anderen netz- oder gitterartigen Formen, wie auch Öffnungen in Form von Logos, Buchstaben, etc. sind denkbar. Dadurch kann die Gestaltung der Öffnungen im Grundkörper über die Gitteröffnungen des Flächenelementes vielfach variiert werden, ohne dass hier in jedem Einzelfall Veränderungen des Stanzwerkzeuges zur Herstellung der Verpackung notwendig wären. Des Weiteren besteht die Möglichkeit mindestens eine vorperforierte Aufreißlasche in dem Flächenelement anzuordnen, die einerseits einen einfachen Eingriff in den Verpackungsinnenraum und die darin aufbewahrten Waren ermöglicht. Das erfindungsgemäße Flächenelement aus Karton oder Papier ist vorteilhafter Weise mit der ebenfalls aus Karton oder Papier bestehenden Verpackung recycelbar. Zudem ermöglicht es das Flächenelement eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Gestaltungen der Gitteröffnungen bereitzustellen, die beispielsweise zumindest schemenhaft beziehungsweise umrisshaft die sich in einer Verpackung befindlichen Waren darstellen. Entsprechendes gilt für Flächenelemente, die als Rollenware ausgebildet sind. Hier kann ebenfalls über eine entsprechende Vorrichtung das einzelne Flächenelement auf den entsprechenden Zuschnitt der Verpackung beziehungsweise den entsprechenden Zuschnitt des Grundkörpers der Verpackung aufgebracht und damit verklebt werden. Sind die Flächenelemente als eine Vielzahl an Flächenelementen ausgebildete Rollenware vorhanden, so kann zudem jedem einzelnen Flächenelement auf der Rolle eine sogenannte Registermarke zugeordnet werden, sodass bei einem Verbinden der Flächenelemente mit den entsprechenden Zuschnitten der Verpackung die Registerhaltigkeit, das heißt das exakte Übereinanderlegen von Flächenelement und Zuschnitt, gewährleistet ist.In further advantageous configurations of the planar element according to the invention, this is designed as a single sheet or as rolled goods comprising a large number of planar elements. Die Querstege können dabei senkrecht zu einer Laufrichtung der eine Vielzahl von einzelnen Flächenelementen aufweisenden Rolle verlaufen, die Längsstege verlaufen parallel zur Laufrichtung der Rolle. Neben einer Umrahmung der Vielzahl an Gitteröffnungen können auch als Längsstege ausgebildete Mittelstege ausgebildet sein, die einerseits eine zusätzliche Anklebemöglichkeit des Flächenelementes an dem entsprechenden Zuschnitt der Verpackung wie auch eine zusätzliche Steifigkeit des Flächenelementes gewährleisten.
