Abstract

Ein mehrstufiges InfectCard Systemzur erstrangigen unmittelbaren, zeitnahen Erfassung und Abspeicherung von Atemluft-Werten, je nach Bedarf, getrennt nach Ein- und Ausatmung oder nur Ein- oder Ausatmung, die auf einem leicht auswechselbaren Träger-Medium, z.B. einer InfectCard Karte, aber nicht darauf beschränkt, in einem biochemisch-immunologischen Verfahren abgespeichert, dann von einer InfectCard Auswerte-Einheit in einem biochemisch-immunologischen Verfahren ausgewertet und auf Schad-MO (z.B. • Die Textil-Maske gilt als Schutz, unabhängig vom verwendeten Stoff und von Art und Umfang ihrer zuverlässig regelmäßigen Reinigung
• Ein negatives Testergebnis bringt kaum einen Erkenntnisgewinn, außer für den Patienten selbst, hat aber keinerlei Bedeutung für weitere wichtige Entscheidungen zur Vermeidung von Ansteckungen.
• Da die bisherigen Testwerte zum hohen Prozentsatz regelmäßig negativ ausfallen, ist dieser Gesamtaufwand demnach äußerst fragwürdig, zumal ein negatives Ergebnis eine falsche Sicherheit vorspiegelt, wenn
- ◯ der Patient zwar bereits infiziert ist, aber noch keine Viren ausscheidet oder ◯ nach dem Test schon an der nächsten Straßenecke eine Ansteckung erfolgt.
• in beiden Fällen handelt es sich um falsch-negative , bzw. irreführende Ergebnisse

Am Beispiel von Covid19 besteht der Ablauf mit hohem Personal- und Kosteneinsatz etwa wie folgt

Einkauf und Bereithalten von mehr oder weniger teuren Testmaterialien, wobei dieses biologische Material teilweise eine sehr kurze Haltbarkeit hat und bei Erreichen des Verfalldatums entsorgt werden muss, vergleichbar mit Lebensmitteln im Supermarkt, was die Kosten zusätzlich erhöht,
• Schon allein durch diese überwiegend dezentrale Handhabung entstehen riesige Verluste zu Lasten von Steuerzahlern und Patienten, weil
- ◯ am einen Ort vom Datum her scheinbar verfallenes Testmaterial entsorgt wird, während es
- ◯ am anderen Ort dringend benötigt und teuer beschafft wird. (Natürlich zur Freude der Gesundheits-Industrie !)
• Aufwändige Schulungen und Bereitstellung des ohnehin stark beanspruchten medizinischen Fachpersonals
• Probenentnahme durch anderweitig dringend benötigtes Fachpersonal zur Durchführung von simplen Abstrichen in Mund und Nase von Testpersonen,
• Mehr oder weniger schnelle und aufwändige Testauswertung durch teure Geräte und besonders geschultes Fachpersonal,
• unterschiedlich lange Wartezeiten bis zum Vorliegen der Testergebnisse,

Insgesamt führen die jetzigen, für alle Beteiligten aufwändigen, für das Medizinpersonal körperlich und für den Steuerzahler finanziell anstrengenden und insgesamt nicht immer nachvollziehbaren Abläufe zu starker Verunsicherung der Bevölkerung. Solange die Infektionszahlen fallen, mag das noch geduldig hingenommen werden. 2. einem InfectCard Adapter zur Aufnahme. Maske und Adapter sind getrennt, um eine eigenständige Gestaltung und Herstellung von einer beliebigen Anzahl unterschiedlicher Masken zu ermöglichen. Voraussetzung für die Zulassung wäre dann allerdings eine Zertifizierung, z.B. durch TÜV, DEKRA oder ähnliche techn. Überwachungs- Firmen.
3. einer InfectCard Karte nach Art einer ChipTAN-Karte beim Online-Banking, zusätzlich erweitert um die Möglichkeit zur biochemisch-immunologischen Erfassung, Speicherung und Weiterleitung von Bestandteilen der Atemluft, jeweils getrennt nach Ein- und Ausatmung, dann weitergeführt wird an
4. eine InfectCard Auswerte-Einheit und von dieser durch ein biochemisch-immunologisches Verfahren ausgewertet wird und die dabei ermittelten Werte auf den Speicher der Karte zurückgeschrieben und danach
5. von dieser InfectCard Karte über ein handelsübliches Karten-Terminal an
6. einen mit InfectCard Software versehenen Zentralrechner weitergegeben werden, der diese Daten seinerseits
7. an den Rechner eines Lagezentrums weiterleitet,
8. eine spezielle InfectCard SmartFon-App überwacht und protokolliert alle Vorgänge in einer Logdatei, die vom InfectCard Karten-Besitzer als PDF abgespeichert und/oder auf einem Drucker ausgedruckt wird und als Nachweis bei Bedarf zur Verfügung steht.
