Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a kit for producing a skin cream that is easy to use and that produces a skin cream that is characterized by sustainable, natural and particularly caring ingredients.

From the prior art, such as from DE 10 2007 001 028 A1 , cosmetic compositions with conditioning oils, such as argan oil, are known. As can be seen from the compositions given herein, in addition to an active ingredient complex of argan oil and shea butter, the cosmetic compositions contain many synthetic raw materials that make the cosmetic compositions expensive to produce and reduce their care properties. In addition, the natural character of the cosmetic compositions is largely lost.

On the basis of this prior art, the object of the invention is to provide a kit for producing a skin cream by means of which a cosmetic user, including a layperson, is able to produce a particularly caring skin cream himself in a simple and fast manner is characterized by a high proportion of sustainable and natural ingredients.

This problem is solved by the features of the independent claim. Advantageous refinements and developments of the invention can be found in the subclaims.

Accordingly, the kit according to the invention for producing a skin cream comprises at least five resealable containers. These can have the same shape and size or also different shapes and sizes. The resealable containers each include lids with which the containers for storing ingredients for the skin cream can be closed and also reused.

According to the invention, a first reclosable container is provided which contains at least one wax and / or fat that is solid at a temperature of 25 ° C. and an air pressure of 1013 hPa, that is to say under normal room temperatures and air pressures.

In this context, “solid” means “not flowable”. The wax or fat retains its shape and consistency under the specified environmental conditions.

The first reclosable container can contain one or more waxes and / or fats of the type mentioned above. Essential to the invention, however, is the provision of beeswax (INCI: Cera Alba or Cera Flava). If there is only one wax or fat in the first resealable container, it is beeswax. Beeswax has a resinous consistency and a melting range of 65 ° C and is therefore to be regarded as a solid wax at 25 ° C and an air pressure of 1013 hPa. Other fats and / or waxes can be present, but are not absolutely necessary. The beeswax contained at least serves to give the consistency of the skin cream to be produced, is to be regarded as a sustainable natural product and also has caring properties. It is also characterized by very good skin tolerance.

According to the invention, a second resealable container is also provided which contains at least one emulsifier. The emulsifier is essentially not restricted and can be selected according to the cream to be produced. If the cream is to be produced in the form of a W / O emulsion, a W / O emulsifier is preferably used. If the cream is to be produced in the form of an O / W emulsion, an O / W emulsifier is preferably used. Combinations of emulsifiers and co-emulsifiers are also possible. The emulsifier or emulsifiers are provided in such a way that the desired phase distribution results automatically in the skin cream to be produced.

According to the invention, a third resealable container is also provided which contains jojoba oil (INCI: Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) and in particular exclusively jojoba oil. It has surprisingly been found that the combination of beeswax and jojoba oil in particular results in a very stable but highly water-tolerant, i.e. water-stabilizing, lipophilic phase, so that the skin cream to be produced has a permanently good stability even when produced under the simplest, non-laboratory-standard Conditions, excellent. The higher the proportion of jojoba oil compared to beeswax, the softer the consistency of the skin cream to be produced. A separate storage of the jojoba oil in the third resealable container is advantageous for reasons of hygiene and for reasons of the reusability of the resealable containers.

It is essential for the kit according to the invention that the first resealable container, the second resealable container and the third resealable container each comprise a red lid. This is intended to symbolize that the manufacturer of the skin cream, i.e. the user of the kit, who does not have to be a specialist in the field of skin cosmetics, but in particular is also a non-specialist who wants to make a nourishing and natural skin cream himself in order to apply it freshly the ingredients in the containers with red lids belong together. These raw materials should consequently be mixed with one another to produce the skin cream, namely by melting these raw materials and stirring them together. This is already evident from the consistency of the at least one wax and / or fat. Appropriate manufacturing instructions can be included with the kit. But even without these manufacturing instructions, it becomes clear to the layman that the three containers with the red lids belong together and should form a phase, whereby the color red also stands for warming. The manufacturer of the cream receives a visual indication of how the skin cream is to be produced without any written instructions due to the red color of the lids. The kit thus enables the skin cream to be produced in a very simple manner, even with very little technical effort and little technical and chemical understanding of compositions and production conditions for skin cream.

According to the invention, the kit contains a fourth resealable container with a green lid. This contains at least one vegetable oil. Thus, one vegetable oil can be contained alone or a multiplicity of vegetable oils can be contained in the fourth resealable container, the vegetable oils being largely responsible for the care properties of the skin cream to be produced and being selected accordingly. The green lid indicates the natural and caring ingredients in the fourth resealable container. The color green also symbolizes, as a "cold color", that these raw materials for the production of the skin cream should not be heated and certainly not mixed with the raw materials from the containers with the red lids for heating, but only later when one homogeneous phase from the ingredients of the containers with the red lids should be added.

The kit also contains a fifth resealable container with a lid that is neither red nor green, which symbolizes that this is a further, separate phase of the skin cream to be produced. The fifth resealable container contains at least one aloe vera product. An aloe vera product according to the present invention is selected from: an aloe vera extract, an aloe vera gel and a water-based composition of an aloe vera product. In particular, leaf extracts and flower extracts, which are mostly in powder form or as aqueous compositions, are used as aloe vera extracts. Aloe vera products are referred to as aloe vera gels which contain a high proportion of in particular at least 70% by weight of aloe vera (Barbadensis Miller) fresh plant juice. In addition, stabilizers such as thickeners, buffers, pH regulators and preservatives can be included. In particular, the proportion of fresh aloe vera plant juice is more than 90% by weight, based on the aloe vera gel, and in particular more than 98% by weight. Suitable stabilizers include xanthan, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and the like. Aloe vera gels are commercially available. Water-based compositions of an aloe vera product are understood to mean all water-containing products of one or more of the aforementioned aloe vera products.

Due to the very good stability in emulsion-based skin creams, the aloe vera product is preferably an aloe vera gel.

The skin cream to be produced according to the kit provided according to the invention is therefore basically characterized by three phases, symbolized by the different colors of the lids, so that the person skilled in the art is guided in a simple manner to produce the skin cream, which means that it is not necessary to use the skin cream can be produced by a person skilled in the cosmetic field, but also by a layperson who is not a specialist in the field without any problems. Due to the predominantly natural and sustainable ingredients in the containers provided, a natural skin cream with very good caring properties can be easily produced.

A permanently very stable skin cream with excellent application properties and high caring character is preferably obtained when the emulsifier contained in the second resealable container with a red lid is an O / W emulsifier and in particular a non-ionic O / W emulsifier, which in particular Contains glyceryl stearate and / or polyglyceryl-6 palmitate / succinate and / or cetearyl alcohol. The use of an O / W emulsifier in combination with the beeswax and jojoba oil on the one hand (lipophilic) and the aloe vera product on the other (hydrophilic) side creates a stable phase distribution. By using a non-ionic O / W emulsifier, such as in particular glyceryl stearate and / or polyglyceryl-6 palmitate / succinate and / or cetearyl alcohol, any potential skin irritation can also be reduced, so that these combinations are particularly advantageous.

Due to the very high caring effect of the vegetable oils, the vegetable oil is preferably selected from apricot kernel oil, black cumin oil, hemp oil, argan oil, rosehip kernel oil, grape seed oil, amaranth oil, sacha inchi oil (INCI: Plukenetia Volubilis Seed Oil), avocado oil, prickly pear oil, evening primrose oil , Pomegranate oil, raspberry seed oil, elderberry seed oil, moringa oil, linseed oil, papaya seed oil, passion fruit seed oil, plum seed oil, wheat germ oil, rice germ oil, castor oil and broccoli seed oil.

According to a further advantageous development, the color of the lid of the fifth reclosable container is white. White is a neutral but cold "color" and symbolizes the addition of the aloe vera product after the lipophilic phase has been created from the ingredients of the containers with the red and green lids.

In order to reduce the total of the ingredients of the skin cream to be produced, and thus to facilitate the production of the cream and to make it clear and to reduce undesirable interactions between the ingredients of the skin cream to be produced, the first resealable container preferably only contains beeswax. Thus, the skin cream to be produced from the kit according to the invention contains only a wax that is solid at 25 ° C. and 1013 hPa, which, however, is completely sufficient for the stability of the skin cream to be produced and is even advantageous with regard to the stability of the cream and simplified production thereof.

To improve the long-term stability against germs, the fourth and / or fifth resealable container and / or a sixth resealable container can advantageously contain at least one preservative. Commercially available combinations of preservatives and raw materials with preservative properties, such as methylpropanediol, caprylyl glycol and phenylpropanol, are also suitable. If the kit is intended for the production of a very small amount of skin cream, it is also possible to dispense with preservatives, since contamination of the product hardly occurs if the product is used properly in the short period of application. If a preservative is provided in a sixth resealable container, the sixth resealable container preferably has a white lid. This symbolizes that the ingredients of both containers with white lids belong to a phase of the skin cream to be produced using the kit and that the preservative is preferably intended to preserve the ingredients of the fifth resealable container.

To produce a stable, natural and particularly caring and sustainable skin cream, the amount of beeswax x * is 1.8 g to 4.5 g, the amount of jojoba oil x * is 5 to 17 ml, the amount of at least one O / W emulsifier x * 1.8 g to 4.5 g, the amount of the at least one vegetable oil x * is 20 ml to 45 ml and the amount of aloe vera product x * is 20 g to 50 g. • a content of the at least one preservative, based on the total content of all raw materials in all resealable containers, is less than 1.5% by weight and in particular less than 1.0% by weight.

From the kit with the above-mentioned ingredients in the appropriate amounts, a natural sustainable skin cream with a caring character can be produced with simple means without high technical effort and without a high technical understanding of cosmetics, which is characterized by a particularly small number of different ingredients and therefore is both inexpensive and particularly easy to manufacture.

In order to maximize the care properties with high stability of the skin cream to be produced, a weight ratio of the at least one vegetable oil to the at least one wax and / or fat in the kit is in particular 8: 1 to 15: 1. If the kit contains several vegetable oils, waxes and / or fats, the amounts given refer to the corresponding sums of the vegetable oils, waxes and fats.

In order to improve the natural character and thus also the compatibility and the care properties of the skin cream to be produced by the kit according to the invention, none of the resealable containers of the kit preferably contains synthetic waxes, fats or other synthetic additives apart from the at least one emulsifier, the at least one preservative and any sunscreens, such as UVA filters and UVB filters. This means that no synthetic waxes, fats or other synthetic additives apart from the at least one emulsifier, the at least one preservative and any sunscreens are added to the containers as separate individual raw materials. As already mentioned above, however, the commercially available aloe vera products used according to the invention can optionally contain synthetic stabilizers, in particular in amounts of less than 5% by weight and in particular less than 2% by weight, based on the total amount of aloe vera Product included.

If the kit according to the invention is used to produce a skin cream, all ingredients of all resealable containers with red lids are put together in a heatable pot or heatable vessel and heated to a temperature at which all ingredients are liquid, i.e. melted (this applies in particular to the ingredients of the first resealable container with red lid). A homogeneous phase is obtained by mixing the ingredients. The contents of the fourth resealable container with a green lid and the contents of the fifth and any sixth resealable container with a white lid are then added to this and mixed further. Then the still warm skin cream is cooled down and stored open overnight, e.g. in a refrigerator at around 2 ° C to 8 ° C. The result is a cream with a soft, pleasant consistency that is easily absorbed into the skin and cares for it. The skin cream produced is characterized by a high proportion of natural and sustainable ingredients.

By using different colored lids, it is very easy to assign the individual ingredients to the phases of the cream to be produced. It is also easy to see that all raw materials that are present in resealable containers with red lids in the kit should be melted together in order to produce a first (lipophilic phase) of the cream to be produced from them. The green lid symbolizes the natural and caring vegetable oils. In addition, because green is viewed as a cold color, the green lid can easily be used to make the statement that the ingredients of the container with the green lid are introduced into the melted phase. The contents of the resealable container with a white lid can also be easily recognized as a separate phase. The production of a cream according to the following production instructions is therefore very simple and understandable and is supported by visual stimuli. It is therefore no longer necessary to enclose a manufacturing specification and a layperson can manufacture the skin cream without problems after receiving the kit.

First, all the ingredients of all resealable containers with red lids are put together in a heatable pot or vessel and brought to a temperature of around 70 ° C to 100 ° C. A homogeneous phase is obtained by mixing and melting the ingredients. The contents of the fourth resealable container with the green lid and the contents of the fifth resealable container are added to this phase while stirring and the skin cream that is still warm is cooled and stored overnight in a refrigerator at a temperature of around 2 ° C to 8 ° C.

A skin cream was produced from the kit according to the above manufacturing instructions. A cream was obtained with a pleasantly soft consistency that could be applied and that was absorbed well into the skin used. Since the ingredients of the kit were almost exclusively of natural origin, a natural cream with high sustainability was obtained.
