Description

Es ist meist eine Einhaltung bestimmter Temperatur im Trinkwassersystem durch die Norm und Richtlinien gefordert. Somit ist zurzeit die Einhaltung, einer Temperatur im Trinkwasserkalt von kleiner gleich 25 Grad Celsius und im Warmwasser größer gleich 60 Grad Celsius, gefordert.Compliance with a certain temperature in the drinking water system is usually required by the standard and guidelines. Zur Lösung dieses Problems soll ein Thermostat im Trinkwassersystems zum Einsatz kommen. Das Thermostat arbeitet rein thermisch und wird schon im Automobilbereich und Trinkwasserzirkulation eingesetzt. Dies kann als Armatur, Ventil, Ventileinsatz, usw., in einer beliebigen Position im Trinkwassersystem, zum Einsatz kommen. Das Thermostat soll einen einstellbaren Temperaturbereich oder eine fest eingestellte Temperatur besitzen. Somit kann der Thermostat als eigenständiges Ventil am Ende des Trinkwasserstranges zum Einsatz kommen (siehe Bild 1), oder als Ventiloberteil in einem bestehenden Wasserhahn, Mischbatterie, Zapfstelle usw. zum Einsatz kommen (siehe Bild 2). Somit sorgt das Thermostat im Ventil für die Einhaltung der entsprechenden Temperatur im Trinkwassersystem. Beim Trinkwasserkalt öffnet das Thermostat bei Überschreitung der eingestellten Temperatur, zum Beispiel 25 Grad Celsius und schließt wenn die gewünschte Temperatur wieder erreicht ist. Beim Trinkwasserwarm ist die Funktion anders herum. Hierbei öffnet das Thermostat beim Unterschreiten der eingestellten Temperatur, zum Beispiel 60 Grad Celsius und schließt sobald die eingestellte Temperatur wieder erreicht ist. Somit steht im gesamten System die gewünschte Temperatur zur Verfügung. Das Ablaufwasser kann direkt ins Abwasser oder kontrolliert in eine Regenwasserzisterne geleitet werden. Oder in einem System wo das Wasser als Eigenbedarf genutzt werden kann. Die Vorteile bei Einsatz dieses System sind

  • • Beim Warmwassersystem kann auf die Zirkurlationsleitung und Zirkulationspumpe verzichten werden.
  • • Energieeinsparung durch Verzicht der Zirkulationspumpe.
  • • Wasser liegt immer mit der gewünschten bzw. eingestellten Temperatur vor.
  • • Einhaltung der Trinkwasserhygiene und somit die Wasserqualität.
  • • Wasser wird soweit gespült bis die gewünschte Temperatur anliegt.
