Description

The invention relates to a handle for a painting tool, in particular for a paintbrush or a painter brush, in which at a first end a connecting piece is provided for connection to a stocking carrier.

Such a paintbrush is for example from the DE 20 2010 010 373 U1 known.

It is also known in the art that the handle may be made of a first polymer. Further, it is well known in the art that the handle has a support portion near the first end for supporting the thumb and a gripping portion for gripping the handle with the other fingers near a second end opposite the first end.

When stroking with a painter's tool, especially with a painter's brush, the thumb and the index and the middle finger are in the area of the support section. Because of the strokes, the support section rubs the thumb and index and middle fingers. As a result, blisters often form on the thumb and index and middle fingers. This makes the further painting work difficult or makes it impossible.

The object of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, a handle for a painting tool and a painting tool, in particular a paintbrush or a painter brush, are given, in which the risk of formation of bubbles on the fingers is reduced.

The hardness according to Shore-A is a material characteristic for elastomers and plastics and is for example in the standards DIN EN ISO 868 such as DIN ISO 7619-1 Are defined.
