Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verwandlungsmöbel umfassend ein Gestell (1) mit mindestens einem auf einer Aufstellfläche (8) aufgestellten Fuß (7) und ein an dem Gestell (1) schwenkbar gehaltenes Schwenkmodul (2) mit einer Mehrzahl von miteinander schwenkbar verbundenen Schwenksegmenten (13, 14, 15, 16), wobei das Schwenkmodul (2) aus einer Liegestellung, in der die Schwenksegmente (13, 14, 15, 16) zueinander benachbart in einer Ebene vorgesehen sind und eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Liegefläche bilden, in eine Sitzstellung verbringbar ist und zurück, wobei in der Sitzstellung jedenfalls einzelne Schwenksegmente (13, 14, 15, 16) kompakt zusammengelegt und von dem Gestell (1) umfasst sind und durch jedenfalls ein Schwenksegment (13) eine Sitzfläche gebildet ist, wobei an dem Gestell (1) ein Stützarm (24) verstellbar gehalten ist, welcher in der Liegestellung des Schwenkmoduls (2) in einer Stützposition vorgesehen ist und derart von unten gegen jedenfalls ein Schwenksegment (15) des Schwenkmoduls (2) angelegt ist, dass einer Durchbiegung der Liegefläche entgegengewirkt ist, und welcher in der Sitzstellung außer Eingriff verbracht ist.

Das Verwandlungsmöbel kann insofern besonders kostengünstig realisiert werden.
