The invention relates to a system for dividing the interior of a euro grid box.

Such or similar systems are known, for example, from the following publications: DE 93 13 691 U1 , DE 20 2015 002 658 U1 , DE 201 14 148 U1 , DE 203 15 379 U1 , DE 20 2006 001 168 U1 , DE 10 2004 059 828 A1 and JP 3 175 671 U. .

A lattice box or lattice box pallet is a steel frame-lattice construction that is usually used as a loading aid in conveyor technology. Four feet enable the pallet box to be picked up from all four sides using a forklift or a pallet truck. For stacking the lattice boxes, positioning angle attachments are attached at the top. The Eurogitterbox, also known as the low grid box, is the only grid box standardized by the EPAL (European Pallet Association) that is approved as an exchange pallet in the European pallet pool for intralogistics. The dimensions of a Eurogitterbox are 800 mm wide, 1200 mm long and 970 mm high. The empty weight is approximately 70 kg and the usable volume is approximately 0.75 m ³ . The permissible load is between 1000 and 1500 kg and the permissible load is between 4400 and 6000 kg. In practice, block storage with up to seven stacked lattice boxes is common (maximum 800 kg per lattice box with seven layers).

The invention has for its object to provide a system for dividing the interior of such a euro grid box, which is highly flexible and can be assembled, changed and disassembled without tools in order to optimally adapt the interior of the euro grid box to the respective requirements.

This task is solved by the features specified in claim 1. Advantageous refinements and developments of the invention result from the subclaims.

The system according to the invention for subdividing the interior of a euro grid box is distinguished by the fact that it has at least one partition and at least one first hooking element and a second hooking element, the first hooking element being designed exclusively between at least two vertical grid struts of a first side wall of the euro grid box a horizontal strut of the first side wall, and wherein the second hooking element is designed to be hooked exclusively between at least two vertical grid struts of a second side wall of the Eurogitterbox on a horizontal grid strut of the second side wall, and that each of the at least two hooking elements is one in the interior of the Eurogitterbox extending section, which is designed to hold the at least one partition, so that different positions of the at least two hanging elements and / or result in different subdivisions of the interior of the Eurogridbox due to different positioning of the partition with respect to the hanging elements. The hanging elements can be hung on different positions of the side walls of the Eurogitterbox without tools, whereby ideally both vertical and horizontal partitions can be held by identical hanging elements. However, it is also possible for the hanging elements to extend essentially over the entire length or width or over the substantially entire height of the lattice box. In this case, the partition is positioned relative to the suspended suspension elements. Mixed forms are also conceivable.

For the system for dividing the interior, it is further preferred that each suspension element is formed by a profile, the cross section of which has a first section, a second section parallel to the first section and a third section connecting the first section and the second section, the respective horizontal lattice strut comes to rest in the suspended state of the hanging element between the first section and the second section such that the third section rests on the horizontal lattice strut.

It can further be provided that a fourth section adjoins the second section, which runs essentially perpendicular to the second section and that forms the section extending into the interior of the euro grid box.

In such a case, it is considered advantageous that the fourth section is adjoined by a fifth section which is essentially perpendicular to the fourth section and thus parallel to the first section and the second section.

In this context, it is preferably further provided that the distance between the first section and the second section is smaller than the distance between the second section and the fifth section.

If a suspension element with a corresponding profile is used, preferred that the third section is curved and in particular approximately semicircular. It is particularly advantageous if the semicircular curvature is adapted approximately to the diameter of the horizontal lattice struts of the Eurogrid boxes.

In particular, in cases where a hanging element extends over more than the width of a mesh, it makes sense for the first section and the third section to have at least one slot in relation to the length of the profile, in the vertical state of the hanging element in the suspended state Lattice strut of one side wall of the first euro grid box comes to rest. With regard to the positionability of the partition walls relative to the suspension elements, it is considered advantageous that the fourth section has a plurality of bores in relation to the length of the profile, into which downwardly extending pins of the projecting sections of the vertical partition wall can engage. Similar tenons can be used, for example, in the case of horizontal partition walls on their underside, in particular if a horizontal partition wall does not occupy the entire base area of a euro grid box.

Furthermore, it can be advantageous for the projecting sections to have a slot for at least partially receiving the fifth section. Similarly, horizontal partition walls can be provided on their underside with a groove for at least partially receiving the fifth section.

The system according to the invention for configuring a euro grid box as a mobile sales stand has proven to be particularly advantageous.
