Description
The invention relates to a shelving system of the type specified in
In motor vehicles, especially delivery vehicles, there is a need to provide a space-efficient shelf system for the transport of objects in the motor vehicle, in which the objects can be stored as safely as possible during transport and which is particularly easy and ergonomic to use.
The disadvantage here is that objects, for example documents, but also larger and / or heavier objects such as boxes, crates, etc., have to be lifted over the bar in order to be able to be safely stowed in the shelf element. In particular with particularly high shelves or shelf elements arranged particularly high, this is particularly unergonomic, since a user of the shelf may have to lift the objects particularly high, in particular above his head. In addition, removing the objects from the shelf element is also particularly unergonomic, since the user first has to lift the object to be removed over the bar before the object can be removed from the shelf element.
The bar could be dismantled from the shelf element for the simplest possible loading and unloading. However, this is disadvantageous since additional work steps are necessary in order to load or unload the shelf element. Furthermore, the dismantled bar is then to be stored somewhere, so that there is a risk that the bar will be lost. The shelf element would then no longer function as intended. If such a shelf or shelf element is arranged in a motor vehicle, it is also possible that the bar, in particular when the motor vehicle is in motion, falls off the shelf element unintentionally, for example due to wear, so that the bar no longer has a safety function . Thereafter, the object stored in the shelf element could fall out of the shelf element and be damaged.
A tilting mechanism, by means of which the shelf element or an entire shelf can be brought into an inclined position in order to simplify loading and unloading, is also not expedient, since an unusable space must be provided for this on an upper side of the shelf element which the object loaded on the shelf element is pivoted in in the inclined position. This means that such a tilting mechanism prevents efficient use of space on the shelf, so that only a particularly low loading capacity of the shelf can be achieved. Furthermore, the tilting mechanism is also particularly unergonomic, since it is particularly difficult to adjust it from the inclined position, in particular when the shelf element is loaded, back into a horizontal position.
The object of the present invention is to create a shelving system that is as space-efficient as possible, in which a storage object can be stored as safely as possible and which can be operated particularly easily and ergonomically.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a shelving system having the features of
According to the invention, a shelving system is accordingly provided, in particular for a motor vehicle, which has at least one shelf element comprising a shelf, with a load securing element arranged on a first access side of the shelf element in a securing position, by means of which a storage object arranged on the shelf is secured against falling out. This means that the shelving system can be arranged in a motor vehicle, in particular a delivery and / or delivery vehicle, etc., or is designed to be arranged in such a motor vehicle. The shelf system comprises at least the one shelf element which has the shelf. In other words, the shelf element is at least partially formed by the shelf. The first access side of the shelf element faces a user of the shelf system or shelf element, so that the user can load or unload the shelf element via the access side. The storage object can be stored in the shelf system in that it can be set up in the shelf element or on the shelf via the first access side, in particular by means of the user. The load securing element, by means of which the stored object can be secured against slipping, in particular against falling out of the shelf element or down from the shelf, is arranged on the first access side, i.e. at least in a vicinity of the first access side. For this purpose, the load securing element is arranged in the securing position in which the stored object is accordingly secured by means of the load securing element. For example, the load securing element can adjoin the storage object and / or at least partially encompass it in a form-fitting manner.
In order to create a shelf system that is as space-efficient as possible, in which a storage object can be stored as safely as possible and which is particularly easy and ergonomic to use, it is provided according to the invention that on the first access side and on one of the first access side opposite, a second access side of the shelf element Load securing element is provided by which the storage object is enclosed between the first access side and the second access side of the shelf element and of which at least one load securing element can be displaced between a securing position and an access position in which the storage object can be removed from the shelf element.
In other words, the shelf element has the first and the second access side, wherein the shelf element can be loaded and unloaded via the first access side and the second access side. This means that the user of the shelf system or shelf element can choose which of the access sides to use to load or unload the shelf element. As a result, the shelf system or shelf element can be used particularly easily and flexibly, since a user is not forced to walk around the shelf system or shelf element in order to be able to use the shelf system as intended.
If the storage item is arranged in the shelf element or on the shelf, the storage item is located between the two access sides. On the second access side, i.e. at least in the vicinity of the second access side, a further, second load securing element is arranged, by means of which the stored object can be secured against slipping, in particular against falling out of the shelf element or from the shelf. This means that the storage object is secured by means of the first load securing element in the area of the first access side and by means of the second load securing element in the area of the second access side. This ensures that the storage object arranged in the shelf element cannot fall out of the shelf element either via the first access side or the second access side. If the shelving system is arranged in the motor vehicle, the storage object can be framed or held in the shelf element by means of the load securing elements in such a way that the storage object can be stored even when the motor vehicle is in motion, especially during sudden acceleration, braking and / or cornering maneuvers and especially during a Traffic accident in which the shelf element remains. This is particularly advantageous because it takes special account of the idea of particularly expedient load security.
In order to be able to load and unload the shelving system or shelf element in a particularly easy and ergonomic way, it is provided that at least one of the load securing elements, i.e. either the first load securing element or the second load securing element, between the securing position in which the cargo is secured in the shelf element is, and the access position in which the storage item is unlocked, displaceable or adjustable.
Vorteilhaft hierbei ist, dass das Ladungssicherungselement somit nicht verloren gehen kann.“Movable or adjustable” is to be understood as meaning that the load securing element remains permanently attached in the area of the first access side, for example on the shelf system on the shelf, on the shelf element, etc. In other words, the load securing element is fastened in the area of the first access side when it is arranged in the access position or in the securing position. Furthermore, the load securing element remains attached during / during an adjustment / s or displacement / s of the same between the respective positions in the area of the first access side. This can be achieved, for example, in that the load securing element is attached to the shelf element, shelf, etc. in a pivotable manner in the area of the access side. The advantage here is that the load securing element cannot be lost.
It is preferably provided that the load securing elements provided on the first and second access side of the shelf element can be displaced between the securing position and the access position, so that the storage item can be removed from the shelf element via the first access side or the second access side. This means that the first load securing element and the second load securing element can each be displaced or adjusted between the securing position and the access position.
An unsecured storage object is understood to mean that it is still arranged in the shelf element or on the shelf, but is no longer secured against falling out of the shelf element by a respective load securing element. It is not necessary to lift the storage object over one of the load securing elements arranged in the securing position during loading or unloading, since the respective load securing element can be adjusted into the access position. In this way, in the access position, it is particularly easy and ergonomically possible to bring the storage item into the shelf element or to remove it from the shelf element in the storage item. Furthermore, the user of the shelf system can choose which of the load securing elements of a shelf element he shifts into the access position or the securing position in order to load or unload the corresponding shelf element. This increases the flexibility of the shelf system or shelf element, since a user is not restricted to an access side of the shelf element in order to be able to use the shelf system as intended.
Since there is no need to lift it, it is possible to design the shelf system to be particularly space-efficient, since in particular a tilting mechanism and, as a consequence, an unusable space on an upper side of the shelf element can be eliminated. This is because the storage object can be pushed into the shelf element with at least substantially complete utilization of the shelf element. As a result, the shelf system is designed to be particularly space-efficient in comparison to a shelf system equipped with such a tilting mechanism, which is why a higher loading capacity can be achieved.
According to a further embodiment, it is provided that a reset unit is provided, by means of which the load securing element can be adjusted from the access position to the securing position, in particular automatically. This means that an action for the user can advantageously be dispensed with in order to move the load securing element from the access position into the securing position. For example, a spring element, for example a leg spring, can be provided which is arranged between the shelf element or the shelf and the load securing element. The spring element can be tensioned, for example, by adjusting the load securing element from the securing position into the access position. This means that the load securing element can be adjusted from the access position into the securing position while the spring element is relaxed, in particular by means of the spring element. It can thus be ensured that the load securing element does not inadvertently remain in the access position. Rather, the user, in particular after the shelf element has been loaded with the stored object, does not need to be taken into account, that is, no active action is required to secure the stored object using the load securing element. This means that this enables even more ergonomic operation of the shelving system.
It is preferably provided that a locking unit is provided which is between a locking position in which the respective load securing element is locked in its securing position on the shelf element by means of a bolt engaging in a bolt receptacle of the load securing element, and an unlocking position in which the bolt and the bolt receptacle from each other are unlocked, whereby the respective load securing element out of or in the locking position can be brought, is displaceable. In other words, the load securing element can only be displaced or adjusted from the securing position into the access position when it is unlocked from the respective shelf element. For this purpose, the locking unit must be adjusted accordingly into the unlocked position. Furthermore, it is only possible to move the load securing element completely from the access position into the securing position when the locking position is arranged in the unlocking position. It can thus be ensured in particular that the respective load securing element cannot be moved unintentionally or undesirably, for example accidentally, from the securing position. In other words, even more secure or better, that is to say higher, load securing is provided if the respective load securing element is held firmly, but reversibly, on the shelf element by means of the locking unit, in particular locked.
The storage object is preferably designed as an at least essentially cuboid container, for example a crate, box, carton, etc. In the case of a cuboid shape of the storage item, it is possible in a particularly simple manner that the storage item is fixed in the shelf element by means of the load securing elements, in particular in a form-fitting manner, that is, it is secured so that the storage item can only be unlocked and thus removed from the shelf element when at least one the load securing elements is arranged in the access position. Due to the cuboid shape, a load space available in the shelf element can be at least approximately fully utilized by means of the container. It is also conceivable to design the container to be particularly heat-insulating, so that things inside the container are not heated and / or cooled via the same. This is particularly advantageous if the items are food, for example cooking ingredients to be cooled or ready-made dishes to be kept hot.
-fallen.It has also been shown to be advantageous if the respective load securing element has lateral tabs by which the storage object is framed on the right and left of the respective access sides of the shelf element. In other words, the storage object can then be reversibly fixed in the respective shelf element. The storage object can then fall out of the shelf element neither via the first nor via the second access side. Furthermore, the storage object cannot slide or fall down from the shelf element over other sides of the shelf element that are different from the access sides.
In a further, advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the side tabs each have a locking receptacle. This ensures that the shelving system is particularly simple, that is, for example, has few components and is therefore cost-efficient. Furthermore, the respective load securing element can thereby be locked on both sides with the shelf or the shelf element, whereby the load securing element is held particularly reliably in the securing position.
An advantageous embodiment provides that in the securing position the respective bolt receptacle extend through openings in the shelf base and can be locked underneath. For this purpose, the shelf has at least one opening for each bolt receptacle, which opening extends through the shelf or through a material thickness of the shelf. In other words, a respective opening penetrates the shelf completely. The respective opening is designed in such a way that it corresponds at least to a part of the respective bolt receptacle. For example, the respective opening has a cross-sectional area which at least essentially corresponds to a cross-sectional area of the respective bolt receptacle. On the one hand, it is particularly easy to lock the respective load securing element to the shelf or shelf element via its respective bolt receptacle. On the other hand, the bolt receptacle can be secured against intentional or unintentional deformation, for example bending, in that the respective bolt receptacle is at least partially supported on an inner circumferential surface of the respective opening. As a result, the intended function of the respective bolt receptacle or the locking unit is particularly reliable.
It is also advantageous that a multiplicity of shelf elements with associated load securing elements is provided, wherein the load securing elements can be locked or unlocked at the same time by means of the locking unit. In other words, the shelving system is scalable as required. The shelving system can for example comprise a single shelf element. But it is also conceivable that the shelf system comprises several shelf elements. Here, the multiple shelf elements adjoin one another via the other sides, which can be, for example, pages arranged at right angles to the access sides, for example right-hand or left-hand sides. By preventing the storage object from being able to leave the shelf element either via the access sides or via the other sides of the shelf element, it is ensured that the stored object remains in a specifically assigned shelf element. This is particularly advantageous when in the motor vehicle or delivery vehicle or a display device is used on the shelf system, by means of which the user, in particular a messenger, can be shown from which of the shelf elements a specific container can be taken. Such a system is known, for example, as a pick-by-light (analogously: removes where the signal lamp is on).
It is also conceivable that the shelving system is arranged on a shelf system pull-out, for example in a loading space of the delivery vehicle. The shelf system is then guided over the shelf system pull-out and can at least partially be pulled out of the loading space of the delivery vehicle, so that the shelf system then extends out of an outer contour of the delivery vehicle, for example through a loading space opening. At least two sides of the shelf system, in particular its access sides, are then accessible to the user of the shelf system, in particular outside the delivery vehicle. As a result, the user of the shelf system is not forced to walk around the shelf system or, in the extreme case, around the delivery vehicle in order to load the shelf element of the shelf system.
It is then of particular advantage if the locking unit can be adjusted into the unlocked position when the shelf system is pulled out, in particular by pulling it out. In an analogous manner, it is advantageous if the locking unit can be adjusted into the locking position when the shelving system is pushed in, in particular by means of it. In other words, pulling out the shelf system and adjusting the locking unit in its unlocked position as well as pushing in the shelf system and adjusting the locking unit in its locked position can each take place in a single work step. Thus, the load securing elements present in the pull-out shelving system can be unlocked or locked, in particular at the same time. It is therefore advantageously unnecessary for the user to unlock the corresponding load securing element before moving the same into the access or securing position when loading or unloading the respective shelf element by means of a separate action.
In addition, it is advantageous that an elongated locking element is held in a longitudinally displaceable and rotationally fixed manner in a tube of the shelf element arranged below the shelf. In other words, the locking unit has the elongated locking element, for example a locking rod. The tube, whose inner circumferential surface at least essentially corresponds to the elongated locking element, in particular to the locking rod, is arranged below the shelf. For example, the tube can be designed as a rectangular tube, while the elongated locking element or the locking rod has a cross-sectional area that corresponds to the cross-sectional area of the rectangular tube. A longitudinal center axis of the tube and a longitudinal center axis of the elongated locking element can run parallel to one another, in particular coincide. Due to the in particular at least substantially rectangular geometries of the tube or rectangular tube and the elongated locking element or the locking rod, the tube and the locking element can be displaced relative to one another along the respective longitudinal center axis, but are non-rotatably arranged around the respective longitudinal center axis. This is advantageous insofar as the locking unit is particularly easy to operate. This is because a rotational alignment of the locking element, on which at least one bolt is preferably arranged, is not necessary.
