Abstract

Das Verderben von Lebensmitteln soll durch rechtzeitigen Verbrauch verhindert werden. Dazu wird ein Verfahren zum zeitgesteuerten Erzeugen eines Verbrauchshinweises für ein Lebensmittel vorgeschlagen. Hierbei erfolgt ein Aufbewahren des Lebensmittels, das mit einer Lebensmittelbezeichnung oder einem optischen Merkmal und einem Verfallsdatum gekennzeichnet ist, in einer Aufbewahrungsvorrichtung (z. B. Kühlschrank). Dabei werden die Lebensmittelbezeichnung oder das optische Merkmal einerseits und das Verfallsdatum andererseits mittels eines Mobilgeräts (3) erfasst. Schließlich wird ein Verbrauchshinweis (18) für das Lebensmittel auf dem Mobilgerät (3) anhand der erfassten Lebensmittelbezeichnung oder des erfassten optischen Merkmals und einer Differenz zwischen einer aktuellen Zeit und dem erfassten Verfallsdatum erzeugt.The spoiling of food should be prevented by timely consumption. Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum zeitgesteuerten Erzeugen eines Verbrauchshinweises für ein Lebensmittel. – Erzeugen des Verbrauchshinweises für das Lebensmittel auf dem Mobilgerät anhand der erfassten Lebensmittelbezeichnung oder des erfassten optischen Merkmals und einer Differenz zwischen einer aktuellen Zeit und dem erfassten Verfallsdatum.

Darüber hinaus weist das Lebensmittel bzw. seine Verpackung ein Verfallsdatum auf, das vorzugsweise auf die Mindesthaltbarkeit hinweist. Dabei kann der Verbrauchshinweis beispielsweise von einem grünen Symbol zu einem gelben Symbol und schließlich zu einem roten Symbol wechseln, wenn das Verfallsdatum immer näher rückt. – eine Anzeigeeinrichtung zum Anzeigen des Verbrauchshinweises auf der Basis des Hinweissignals.
