Abstract
Je nach Rezeptur und Verwendungszweck werden die Eisformen mit sichtbaren, grob geschnittenen Obst, Früchte, Gemüse, Kräuter, Salate, Nüsse und Superfood unter Zugabe von Wasser, Säften, Butter/Ölen oder Brühen in portionsgroße mixbaren Formen gefroren. Diese gefrorene Eisformen dienen durch mixen bzw. pürieren, für die Herstellung/Weiterverarbeitung von Smoothies, Suppen, Soßen, Pürees, Chutney's, Pesto's oder Babynahrung.Depending on the recipe and intended use, the ice forms are frozen with visible, coarsely cut fruits, fruits, vegetables, herbs, salads, nuts and superfoods with the addition of water, juices, butter / oils or broths in portion-sized mixable forms. Je nach Rezeptur, wird grob geschnittenes (bis ca. 20 mm Durchmesser) Obst, Gemüse, Kräuter, Salate, Nüsse, Kerne, Müsli, Trockenobst wie Rosinen Datteln ect. und Superfoods wie Chiasamen, Gojibeeren ect. unter Zugabe von Wasser, Säften, Butter/Ölen oder Brühen in mixbaren Formen (idealerweise 30 mm bis ca. 50 mm Kantenlänge/Durchmesser) gefroren. Ausschlaggebend für die Größe dieser Formen ist insbesondere die Weiterverarbeitung (Mixbarkeit) in einem handelsüblichen Mixer wie z. B. Vitamix/Thermomix ect. Idealerweise sollte die Verteilung Frucht/Gemüseanteil mit mindestens 50% zur Flüssigkeit stehen. Vorwiegend werden natürliche Zutaten, vorzugsweise in Bioqualität, ohne Zugabe von Konservierung-, Farbstoffen, Süßstoffen und Geschmacksverstärkern verwendet.
