Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen elastomeren Artikel (1) mit einer Gummimatrix (2) sowie in und/oder an die Gummimatrix (2) ein- und/oder anvulkanisierten Bauteilen (3), insbesondere Festigkeitsträger, einem Haftsystem, durch welches die ein- und/oder anvulkanisierten Bauteile (3) mit der Gummimatrix (2) verbindbar sind. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den Artikel (1) derart zu verbessern, dass die Haftung zwischen der Gummimatrix (2) und ein- und/oder anzuvulkanisierenden Bauteilen (3), insbesondere im Hinblick auf einen Formschlussanteil, verbessert ist. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sind Nano-Tetrapoden 5 in der Haftvermittlerschicht 4 und der umgebenden Gummimatrix 2 eingebettet. Im vulkanisierten Zustand ist die Haftvermittlerschicht 4 in die Gummimatrix 2 übergegangen und die Tetrapoden 5 sind sowohl mit der Oberfläche 7 des Bauteils 3 als auch mit der Gummimatrix 2 verkrallt.
