Description
The invention relates to a Befestigungskunstmörtelsystem for Einmörteln anchoring agents in holes or columns containing (after starting and reacting with a curing agent) curing epoxy resin-reactive resins or its use for mortaring anchoring agents in holes or columns or related inventions as indicated below.
A whole range of (eg injection) Befestigungskunstmörtelsystemen based on a variety of polymer-forming components are known, which often formed as two- or multi-component systems, the grouting of anchoring means, such as bolts or the like, in holes, such as holes, or columns, each in solid Substrates, such as Masonry or concrete, serve. On the anchoring means then more components can be attached. The mortaring of the anchoring means is based on the one hand on adhesive effects in the sense of a material bond between the mortar and an anchoring element and / or the wetted surface of the hole or gap, on the other hand on positive engagement, such as undercuts by surrounding by means of the synthetic mortar of projecting or einbuchtenden sections of the Anchoring element and / or the hole or gap through the hardened synthetic mortar mass.
Particularly suitable systems have been those based on epoxides, in particular glycidyl compounds, and suitable hardeners. Thus, FIS EM 390 S® (fischerwerke GmbH & Co. KG, Waldachtal, Germany) is a very successful market-established example of a two-component injection mortar system for grouting anchoring elements based on glycidyl compounds in a component A and of amines as one such hardener in a further component B, next to each further constituents in each component.
However, in the case of glycidylsilanes, monomeric adhesion promoters have the disadvantage that they are generally monofunctional (based on the glycidyl / epoxide groups). In the field of epoxide polyaddition chemistry, the monofunctionality leads to a chain termination, which leads to a reduced glass transition temperature and thus to a lower dimensional stability, for example, in the heat entails.
To solve the problems described above, in a general embodiment of the invention, synthetic mortar systems, e.g. in the form of 2-component fixing kits, proposed for the attachment technique with silanes, which by means of a hydrolysis and condensation reaction to siloxanes (each connected via an oxygen atom associated silicon atoms, ie units Si-O-Si, wherein the remaining free valencies of the Si atoms in this illustration are not shown for simplicity) are oligomerized. The oligomerization and the associated increase in functionality with regard to the glycidyl / epoxide groups per molecule does not lead to any chain termination during curing and to increased crosslinkability, as a result of which the crosslinking density and the glass transition temperature of the bonding art mortar systems obtained / obtainable after crosslinking can be increased. The oligomerization can take place either before packaging or after packaging (e.g., in a cartridge), or both. Particularly in the former case, a reduced VOC content also results, whereby the release of outgassing organic compounds can be reduced. It is particularly advantageous that in comparison to other polyfunctional reactive diluents or prepolymers oligomerized silanes may tend to have lower viscosities and thus for example simplify the formulation of Befestigungskunstmörtelsystemen and allow much better formulations (lower amount of reactive diluents and thus higher temperature resistances (glass transition temperatures) and better mechanical Values).

Surprisingly, particularly good properties of the fastening mortar systems according to the invention also show in terms of performance in the tensile zone, ie in cracked concrete, using normal threaded rods. Other mechanical properties can also be positively influenced, such as the maximum breaking strain and the tensile modulus.

By means of the following definitions, one or more, all or several of the broader features, terms or symbols used can be replaced by the more specifically mentioned features, terms or symbols, which leads to preferred embodiments of the invention.
Where weight percentages are given by weight, unless otherwise stated, they refer to the total mass of the reactants and additions of the bonding art mortar system (that is, the constituents present in the post-mix mass without packaging and other possible parts like static mixers or the like).
A preferred example of Z = epoxyalkoxy in the partial formula I * of the formula I is oxirane-C 1 -C 5 -alkyl with terminal oxirane group, for example oxiran-2-ylmethyl (glycidyl). This residue is linked via the "oxy" in "epoxyalkoxy" to the adjacent - (CH 2 ) g -.
Alkyl (also in alkyloxy / alkoxy) is, unless stated otherwise, always preferably unbranched or branched alkyl having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and optionally heteroatoms (comprising O, S, N atoms), for example having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, eg C 1 - C 7 alkyl, and may be branched one or more times in the case of branching. Examples of alkyl are methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, sec-butyl, tert-butyl, pentyl, isopentyl, hexyl or heptyl.
Cyclic alkyl may preferably have 1 to 10 carbon atoms and optionally (eg 1 to 3) heteroatoms (independently selected from O, S and N) and further substituents and include carbon atoms (in the form of methylene or methyl groups) also outside the respective ring, and is, for example, cyclopentylmethyl or -ethyl, cyclohexyl, or cyclohexylmethyl or -ethyl.
Particular preference is given to oligomeric siloxanes which are prepared by the process described below from starting materials of the formulas II and III and optionally IV, which are also defined below, the following starting materials of formulas II and III being used: 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 3-glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane, 3 Glycidoxypropylmethyldimethoxysilane, 3-glycidoxypropylmethyldiethoxysilane, and mixtures of two or more of these silanes.
In addition to the oligomeric siloxanes, the Befestigungskunstmörtelsysteme invention may also (for example, to set a suitable viscosity) include monomeric Silanzusätze. The monomeric silanes can be selected, for example, from the group consisting of 3-aminopropyltrialkoxysilanes, such as 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane or 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N- (aminoalkyl), 3-aminopropyltrialkoxysilane, such as N- (2-aminoethyl) -3- aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 3-mercaptopropyltrialkoxysilane such as 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, bis (3-trialkoxysilylpropyl) amine such as bis (3-trimethoxysilylpropyl) amine, and further 3- (meth) acryloyl-oxypropyltrialkoxysilanes such as 3- (meth) acryloyl-oxypropyltrimethoxysilane and / or alkenylalkoxysilanes such as vinyltrimethoxysilane or vinyltriethoxysilane, and / or tetraalkoxysilane such as tetraethoxysilane, tetramethoxysilane or tetrapropoxysilane or (preferably or further) 3-glycidyloxypropyltrialkoxysilanes such as 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane or 3-glycidyloxypropyltriethoxysilane or alkoxypolysilicate such as ethyl or propylpolysilicate; consists; or mixtures of two or more thereof.
The siloxanes (in particular the oligomeric siloxanes according to the invention) can, for example, based on the total attachment mortar system, in a proportion by weight of bis (at most) 50 wt .-%, in particular from 0.001 to 50 wt .-%, such as from 0.01 to 30 wt %, preferably from 0.1 or more wt%, such as from 0.5 to 20 or to 15 wt%, from 1 or more wt%, such as from 2 to 20 or to 10 wt%. -%, even more preferably from 3 or more wt .-%, for example from 3 to 20 or to 6 wt .-%, be provided.
"Epoxy-based reactive resin" means, in particular, that the fastening mortar systems according to the invention may contain, in addition to the constituents mentioned above, other customary constituents (for example additives or other constituents mentioned above or below). These further constituents may be present, for example, in a total amount of up to 80, preferably between 0.01 and 65 wt .-%. Even where not expressly mentioned "on the basis", such conventional components are possible.
(Where else "based on", this means in particular that the relevant component more than 50, preferably more than 60, such as more than 70 wt.% Up to each 100 wt .-% (based on the respective component, eg "Hardener") contains the ingredients listed on a "basis".
Important examples of other ingredients are one or more selected from accelerators, reactive thinners, thixotropic agents, fillers, and other additives.
As accelerators, for example, tertiary amines, such as imidazoles or tert-aminophenols, such as tris-2,4,6-dimethylaminomethylphenol, organophosphines or Lewis bases or acids, such as phosphoric acid esters, or mixtures of two or more thereof, in one or ( in particular in the case of multicomponent systems) in the case of several of the components, preferably in each case in a hardener component, may be present, for example in a weight fraction of 0.001 to 15% by weight.
Thixotropic agents which can be used are customary rheology aids, such as fumed silica. You can e.g. in a proportion by weight of 0.001 to 50 wt .-%, for example from 1 to 20 wt .-%, are added.
Other additives may also be added or included, such as plasticizers, non-reactive diluents, flexibilizers, rheology aids, wetting agents, coloring additives, such as dyes or, in particular, pigments, for example for the different coloring of the components to better control their mixing, or the like, or mixtures of two or more of them. (Residual) water contents are also not excluded here. Also, additional materials may be added during storage, such as e.g. Gases or in particular substances in the gaseous state of matter. Such further additives may preferably be added in total in weight fractions of from 0 to 90%, for example from 0 to 40% by weight. Certain of the compounds mentioned in the definition of the epoxides, such as trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether or hexanediol diglycidyl ether, which have lower viscosity than aromatic group-containing epoxides can also be used as reactive diluents, for example in a proportion by weight of 0.1 to 90% by weight, e.g. between 0.5 and 75% by weight or between 1 and 40% by weight.
Also possible are mixtures of two or more such reactive diluents, the same or possibly also different epoxide functionality.
The term "hardener" preferably means at least one compound customary for epoxy curing with or without filler additive and / or further additives, such as water, thickener and / or other additives, in other words, the complete hardener component. The hardener can also be used as a separate component and / or (in particular in protected form, ie in microencapsulated form) in the reaction resin formulation (as a curable component, ie one which hardens upon polymerization with the hardener after breaking the shell of the microcapsule). be incorporated. Usual additives may be added, e.g. Fillers (in particular as defined above) and / or (in particular for the preparation of a paste or emulsion) solvents, such as benzyl alcohol and / or water, where water can serve as a reaction partner for the hydrolysis of hydrolyzable groups-containing silanes or siloxanes and is preferably present only if the hardener component is otherwise free of silanes or siloxanes. The further additives of the hardener component of a multicomponent system according to the invention can be used, for example, in a total weight fraction of 0.01 to 70% by weight, e.g. be provided from 1 to 40 wt .-% based on the hardener component.

The compounds customary for epoxy curing are present, preferably in amounts of up to 95% by weight, preferably from 2 to 70% by weight, for example from 10 to 50%.
A hole or gap is to be understood as such a hole or a gap, which or in a solid (especially already finished as such) substrate (substrate), in particular masonry or concrete, possibly also in a cracked substrate, such as cracked concrete , present and accessible from at least one side, for example a borehole, or further a region recessed in mortaring with inorganic mortar or rendering (such as cement or gypsum) or the like. In a particular and advantageous embodiment of the invention, the curable components and the associated hardeners (hardener components) are stored separately in a two- or multi-component system before they are mixed together at the desired location (eg at or in a hole or gap, such as borehole) ,
The inventive cemented mortar systems are then provided and used as multi-component systems (e.g., multi-component kit).
In particular, a multicomponent kit is a two-component kit comprising a component (A) containing one or more epoxy-based reactive resins as described above and below, and a component (B) containing the respective curing agent as defined above and below, wherein further additives can be provided in one or both of the components, preferably a two-chamber device, in which the mutually reactive components (A) and (B) and optionally further separate components are contained so that their constituents are not stored during storage ( especially when cured), preferably in such a way that their constituents do not come into contact with each other prior to use, but which allows components (A) and (B) and optionally further components to be attached to the desired site, for example directly before or in a hole, so to mix and requisite if necessary bring in that there can take place the curing reaction. Also suitable are cartridges, such as plastic, ceramic or glass in particular, in which the components by (for example, when driving an anchoring element into a hole or a gap, such as a borehole) destructible demarcation walls or integrated separate destructible containers are arranged separately from each other, for example as nested cartridges, such as ampoules; as well as in particular multi-component or especially two-component carcasses (which are likewise particularly preferred), in whose chambers the two components of the fixing mortar system according to the invention with above and below compositions for storage before use are included, preferably also a static mixer for the corresponding kit belongs.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Siloxanoligomere sind dabei vorzugsweise in Komponente (A) vorgesehen. The siloxane oligomers according to the invention are preferably provided in component (A).
The use of a Befestigungskunstmörtelsystems invention at the desired location by mixing the associated (before mixing reaction-inhibiting separated) components, especially close to and / or directly in front of a hole or (for example, especially when using cartridges with static mixers) directly before and / or (in particular at Destroying corresponding cartridges or ampoules) within a hole or gap, eg a borehole. The introduction of the anchoring or the anchoring means (s) is preferably carried out simultaneously with and / or already a short time after mixing the components of the Befestigungskunstmörtels invention.
By "mortaring" is in particular a (material and / or positive) attachment of anchoring means made of metal (eg undercut anchors, threaded rods, screws, drilling anchors, bolts) or further from another material, such as plastic or wood, in solid (preferably already as such finished) substrates, such as concrete or masonry, in particular, as far as they are components of artificially constructed structures, especially masonry, ceilings, walls, floors, slabs, pillars or the like (eg concrete, natural stone, masonry of bricks or perforated bricks, further Plastic or wood), especially in holes, such as holes to understand. By means of these anchoring means can then be fixed, for example, railings, cover elements, such as plates, facade elements or other components.
Where "mixtures (or mixtures) of two or more of them" is mentioned, this includes in particular mixtures of at least one of the constituents mentioned, which are highlighted as preferred, with one or more others, in particular one or more components also identified as preferred ,
"Finished as such" means, in particular, that the substrates, except for possible surface modifications (such as coating, e.g., plastering or painting) or the like, are already completed (e.g., as building blocks or walls) and not completed or made simultaneously with the cementitious mortar system. The oligomeric siloxanes which can be used according to the invention can be prepared by processes known per se.
The synthesis of the siloxane oligomers is carried out, for example, analogously to the instructions in
(where the compounds of formulas II and III can be identical or different from each other)
and if desired (when c in formula I is equal to 1 or greater) with compounds of formula IV
with water in a defined molar ratio of water to alkoxy groups of the alkoxysilanes such that - as shown in formula I - hydrolyzable alkoxy groups (for example R 1 O and / or R 3 O) remain.
If necessary, deviating from this - calculated, theoretically required - amount of water actually required for a desired degree of saturation amount of water, by weighing back the obtained bottom product and comparing the theoretically calculated mass of the bottom product can be determined.
In a possible preferred embodiment of the invention, b + c + f is> 1,000 to 30,000, for example up to 10,000, which leads to particularly low-viscosity silanol oligomers (on average consideration).
In a specific and highly preferred embodiment, the siloxane oligomer of glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and / or glycidyloxypropyltriethoxysilane is constructed according to formula (IA) shown above, wherein 30,000 (preferably 10,000)> b> 1,000.
In a further possible and particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, more than 50% (average) of the siloxane oligomers b + c + f> 2, preferably> 3 and particularly preferably> 4, wherein at the same time no single species of the oligomer mixture contains> 50%. Furthermore, it is favorable if (again, on average consideration) b + c + f <20, in particular <10 and very particularly preferably <5.
In another possible specific and highly preferred embodiment, the siloxane oligomer of glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and / or glycidyloxypropyltriethoxysilane of formula (IA) is designed so that at more than 50% (average) of the siloxane oligomers b> 2, preferably> 3, and most preferably> 4, wherein at the same time no single species of the oligomer mixture has a proportion> 50%. Furthermore, it is favorable if (again, on average consideration) b <20, in particular <10 and very particularly preferably <5.
By way of example, the following procedure can be followed: The silane or silanes of the formulas II, III and optionally IV are introduced into a reaction flask and then water, which has been previously mixed with a catalyst and a solvent, is metered in at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. After complete addition of the solution (water / catalyst / solvent), the mixture is heated to boiling and kept under gentle reflux. After completion of the reaction, the major part of the solvent and the catalyst is distilled off under atmospheric pressure, then removed at reduced pressure, the residues of solvent and catalyst. The resulting bottoms are the siloxane oligomer.
The siloxane oligomers obtainable or obtained in this way can then be added to the preparation of fastening mortar systems according to the invention as a constituent of one or more components. The preparation of the Befestigungskunstmörtelsysteme invention thus preferably includes didas adding) the available or obtained siloxane oligomers as a component component in particular for component (A).
Alternatively, during storage of the packaged fastening mortar systems of the invention and / or during mixing of the components to produce a component of the multi-component system, e.g. Component A of the invention Befestigungskunstmörtelsysteme be prepared in situ in the presence of water (for example, a predetermined amount in a starting silane-containing component).
The following examples serve to illustrate the invention without limiting its scope.
Beispiel 1: Synthese eines Glycidyloxypropylsiloxanoligomeren mit 40 % Absättigung der Alkoxygruppen: Example 1: Synthesis of a Glycidyloxypropylsiloxane-oligomer with 40% Saturation of the Alkoxy Groups:
150 g of 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (Dynasilan® ® GLYMO, Evonik Industries AG, Hanau, Germany) were introduced into a reaction flask. 75 g of methanol (solvent) were mixed with the necessary for 40% reaction amount of water and HCl (catalyst) and transferred to a dropping funnel. At room temperature and normal pressure, the mixture from the dropping funnel was slowly added dropwise with stirring to the 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. Upon completion of the addition, the oil bath was heated to 80-100 ° C so that the methanol boiled under reflux. After the end of the reaction, the methanol was distilled off as far as possible, then the residues of methanol and HCl were removed at slowly falling pressure. The resulting bottoms was a Glycidyloxypropylsiloxanoligomer with at least 60% hydrolyzable Restmethoxygruppen.
37 % Absättigung der Alkoxygruppen: Example 2 and 3: Synthesis of a glycidyloxypropylsiloxane oligomer with 50% and 37% saturation of the alkoxy groups, respectively:
According to the preparation of Example 1, Example 2 having a saturation of 50% of the methoxy groups (corresponding to an average degree of polymerization of 4) and Example 3 having a saturation of 37% of the methoxy groups (corresponding to an average degree of polymerization of 2.25) was prepared.
Beispiel 4: Synthese eines Glycidyloxypropyl-/Methacryloxypropylsiloxancooligomeren mit 50 % Absättigung der Alkoxygruppen: Example 4: Synthesis of a glycidyloxypropyl / methacryloxypropylsiloxane co-oligomer with 50% saturation of the alkoxy groups:
Following the procedure described in Example 1, a mixed GLYMO-MEMO siloxane oligomer having a 50% saturation of the methoxy groups (corresponding to an average degree of polymerization of 4) was prepared in Example 4. The ratio used in this case between GLYMO and MEMO was 70 to 30 GLYMO is Dynasylan ® from Evonik, that is 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane.
In the following, a calculation of the VOC content by way of example of the composition from Example 1 in comparison with a corresponding composition with silane monomer is explained:
Fall a: Einsatz monomeres GLYMO ohne Oligomerisierung des Silans: Case a: Use of monomeric GLYMO without oligomerization of the silane:
Bei Einsatz von monomerem GLYMO beträgt der VOC-Gehalt (Monomer) somit: 40,67 %~41 % (gerundet) When using monomeric GLYMO, the VOC content (monomer) is thus: 40.67% ~ 41% (rounded)
Fall b: Einsatz von oligomerisiertem GLYMO gemäß Bsp. 1 Case b: Use of oligomerized GLYMO according to Ex. 1
Remaining bound methanol in the oligomer (m (MeOH oligomer )):

The siloxane oligomer of Example 1 has an average epoxide functionality of 2.5. It therefore corresponds to a commercial trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether having an epoxide functionality of about 2.5-2.8. Table 1 compares the viscosities of comparable conventional reactive diluents and siloxane oligomers according to the epoxide functionality. It can be seen that the siloxane oligomers have a substantially lower viscosity at approximately the same epoxide functionality and are therefore particularly suitable as reactive diluents. This is also evident from the viscosity of a mixture of 80% of a bisphenol A / F-epichlorohydrin resin of average molecular weight ≤ 700 with 20% of the respective reactive diluent. From Table 1 it can be seen that lower viscosities can be achieved with the same amount of use by the use of siloxane oligomers, without having to do without crosslinking density at the same time. This allows the formulation of particularly efficient, easily squeezable Befestigungskunstmörtelsystemen. Conversely, it is also possible to dilute reactive resins with significantly lower concentrations of siloxane oligomers to the same (or even lower) viscosities as with a larger amount of conventional reactive diluents (last example Table 1), which is also positive due to the high performance of the reactive resins appropriately formulated cementitious mortar systems (Table 2).
