Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Haarstylinggerät (1) zum Einbringen von Locken in eine Haarsträhne (2) mit einem in einem Gehäuse (3) angeordneten stabförmigen Teil (4) und einem mittels einer Antriebseinrichtung (7) relativ zum Gehäuse (3) und zum stabförmigen Teil (4) verdrehbaren Greifelement (5) zum Greifen der Haarsträhne (2) und Aufwickeln derselben um das stabförmige Teil (4) und mit einer Heizeinrichtung (6) zum Erhitzen der aufgewickelten Haarsträhne (2). Erfindungswesentlich ist dabei, dass eine Kupplungseinrichtung (8) vorgesehen ist, die ein Entkuppeln des Greifelements (5) von der Antriebseinrichtung (7) und damit ein freies Verdrehen des Greifelements (5) erlaubt. Anschließend erfolgt ein Verdrehen des Greifelements, wodurch die Haarsträhne mit ihrem freien Ende in das Haarstylinggerät eingezogen und gleichzeitig um das stabförmige Teil aufgewickelt wird. Die Rückkehr in die Ausgangsposition verschärft jedoch die Situation zusätzlich, da das eh schon verhedderte und verknotete Haar zum einen durch die zusätzliche Bewegung noch weiter verheddert wird und zum anderen die Haarsträhne zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem Greifelement in einer ungünstigen Position zum Liegen kommt, die das Herausziehen der Haarsträhne zusätzlich erschwert. Ist ein derartiger Fehlerfall eingetreten, hilft letztendlich nur noch ein aufwändiges Öffnen des Gehäuses des Haarstylinggeräts, was bei einem am Kopf hängenden Haarstylinggerät vor dem Spiegel nicht oder nur sehr schwierig möglich ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, zwischen einer Antriebseinrichtung zum Antrieb eines drehbaren Greifelements in einem Haarstylinggerät und diesem Greifelement eine Kupplungseinrichtung vorzusehen, die im Bedarfsfall ein Entkuppeln des Greifelements von der Antriebseinrichtung ermöglicht und dadurch ein freies Verdrehen des Greifelements in eine Stellung erlaubt, in welcher eine Haarsträhne vergleichsweise einfach aus dem Gehäuse des Haarstylinggeräts wieder entfernt bzw. herausgezogen werden kann. Das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylinggerät weist dabei ein in einem Gehäuse angeordnetes, stabförmiges Teil sowie ein zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem stabförmigen Teil angeordnetes und mittels einer Antriebseinrichtung relativ zum Gehäuse und zum stabförmigen Teil verdrehbares Greifelement zum Greifen der Haarsträhne und zum Aufwickeln derselben um das stabförmige Teil auf. Ebenfalls vorgesehen ist selbstverständlich eine Heizeinrichtung zum Erhitzen der aufgewickelten Haare, wodurch die Lockenwirkung erzielt wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist nun die Kupplungseinrichtung vorgesehen, die ein Entkuppeln des Greifelements von der Antriebseinrichtung und damit ein freies Verdrehen des Greifelements erlaubt. Durch die Möglichkeit, das rotierbare Greifelement auszukoppeln, d.h. also in einen Leerlauf zu versetzen, lässt sich dieses im Fehlerfall leicht in eine optimale Position verdrehen, in welcher die Haarsträhne mit geringem Kraftaufwand aus der Kammer, d.h. aus dem Gehäuse des Haarstylinggeräts, gezogen werden kann.
