Abstract
Sandwichplatten sind effiziente Leichtbauelemente. Sie werden oft als Halbzeug hergestellt. Zur festen Verbindung der Sandwichplatten mit anderen Maschinenelementen wie Schrauben, Bolzen und Lager werden Inserts verwendet. Verfügbare Inserts lassen sich entweder nicht genau im Nachhinein einbauen bzw. erzeugen keine feste Verbindung über die große Kräfte übertragen werden können. Das Insert ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschichten (4) der Sandwichplatten (4, 5) mittels Distanzkörper (3) miteinander verspannt werden. Dadurch werden die Kräfte in beide Deckschichten (4) eingeleitet. Die Form der Distanzkörper (3) und ihre Verbindung (3.1) untereinander sind so gestaltet, dass sie formschlüssig in der Bohrung gesichert sind. Die hier vorgestellte Erfindung lässt sich im Nachhinein montieren, ermöglicht das Übertragen großer Kräfte und ist sehr genau positionierbar (Genauigkeit im Bereich weniger 11000 mm). Anwendungsbereiche finden sich im Fahrzeugbau, in der Luftfahrt und Raumfahrt, im Werkzeugmaschinenbau und überall dort, wo es auf geringe bewegte Massen ankommt.Sandwich panels are efficient lightweight construction elements. Aus diesen Gründen ist es oft sinnvoll, Inserts erst im Nachhinein in die fertige Sandwichplatte bzw. in das fertige Sandwichbauteil einzusetzen. Diese Inserts haben unterschiedliche Aufgaben. Sie dienen z. B. der Aufnahme von Schrauben, Bolzen und Lagern. Die vorgestellte Verbindung entspricht durch ihre spezielle Geometrie den hohen Anforderungen für Verbindungselemente in den genannten Gebieten hinsichtlich Genauigkeit und Stabilität.Sandwich panels are efficient lightweight construction elements.
