Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Konstruktion für die platzierte, verstellbare Einbringung von flüssigen Düngern, in Verbindung mit sogenannten Kurzscheibeneggen für die Bodenbearbeitung in der Landwirtschaft. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Konstruktion, die an jede landwirtschaftliche Kurzscheibenegge angebaut werden kann, um die Gülleeinbringung zu optimieren. Hierbei wird an der Vorderseite eine spezielle Konstruktion angebracht, die einerseits dazu führt das das Einsatzgerät und auch das Zugfahrzeug relativ sauber bleiben und andererseits der flüssige Dünger aber im Boden platziert abgelegt werden kann, ohne das ist dabei, wie bei den Bekanntensystemen speziell bei klebrigen Böden und feuchten Bedingungen zu Verstopfungen kommt. Es ist eine Konstruktion, die an jede landwirtschaftliche Kurzscheibenegge angebaut werden kann, um die Gülleeinbringung zu optimieren. Hierbei wird an der Vorderseite eine spezielle Konstruktion angebracht, die einerseits dazu führt das das Einsatzgerät und auch das Zugfahrzeug relativ sauber bleiben und andererseits der flüssige Dünger aber im Boden platziert abgelegt werden kann, ohne dass es dabei, wie bei den bekannten Systemen speziell bei klebrigen Böden und feuchten Bedingungen zu Verstopfungen kommt. Vorteilhafte Punkte der Erfindung sind, dass diese Zusatzausrüstung so ausgelegt ist, dass einerseits die Gülle vor der ersten Scheibenreihe (1) gemäß (1) mit einem Rohrbogen(2A – 1 + 2)-Gummidüsensystem (2B – 1 + 2) unter das Lager (3 – 2) der jeweiligen Scheiben (1A) nach hinten in die geöffnete Bodenrille geführt wird, somit wird der Depotdüngeeffekt erreicht, da, mit den Scheiben der 2. Reihe (5 – 1) die Gülle mit dem Boden der Scheiben (5A – 1) wieder abgedeckt wird, gleichzeitig wird jedoch verhindert das es zu Verstopfungen oberhalb des Halters (4 – 2) der Scheibe (5A – 1) kommt. Weiterer wichtiger Vorteil der Erfindung ist das sich das Rohrbogen-Gummidüsensystem in der Höhe verstellen lässt (1 – 3 + 4) und somit dem natürlichen Verschleiß der Scheiben, bzw. bei unterschiedlichen Arbeitstiefen, einfach anpassen lässt, dadurch erreicht das der Flüssigdünger (Gülle etc.) immer am Boden in die Rille der ersten Scheiben abgelegt werden kann. Für die Handhabung ist wichtig das die Höhenverstellung nach längerem Einsatz noch funktionsfähig ist, deshalb ist es vorteilhaft dass die Höhenverstellung mit einem Kunststoffgleitsystem (1B – 3) versehen ist.The invention relates to a construction for the placement, adjustable introduction of liquid fertilizers, in conjunction with so-called short disc harrow for tillage in agriculture. Hierfür werden weit verbreitet sogenannte Kurzscheibeneggen eingesetzt, um Gülle und Gärreste direkt in den Boden einzuarbeiten. Für bestimmende Fruchtarten haben die Landwirte aber nur eine bestimmte Zeitspanne zur Verfügung, für die Landwirte bedeutet dies, dass die Zeitspannen zur Ausbringung und Einarbeitung immer kürzer werden, da z. B. vor Mais nur innerhalb maximal 4 Wochen ausgebracht werden darf. Das bedeutet das unter Witterungsbedingungen gearbeitet werden muss die nicht immer optimal sind.
