Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montageplatte für einen Gehörschutz mit Hut. Ein Gehörschutz ist in der Praxis weit verbreitet, er dient zum Schutz des Gehörs vor großem Lärm. Lärm entsteht vor allem beim Arbeiten mit Baugeräten, hierzu wird zum Schutz vor Gehörschäden von der Industrie ein Helm angeboten. Dieser besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer festen Kunststoffschale mit zwei Gehörschutzmuscheln, welche federgetrieben an das Ohr des Trägers gepresst werden. Hierbei ermöglicht die feste Kunststoffschale die Abstützung der Federkraft. Lärm entsteht aber auch beim Schießen mit einer Feuerwaffe. Der Schussknall beschädigt hierbei durch sein impulsartiges Auftreten und seine Stärke die Ohren des Schützen. Um dieses zu verhindern ist ein Gehörschutz bekannt, bei welchem die Gehörmuscheln über einen Kopfbügel an die Ohren gepresst werden. Schützen, im besonderen Jäger, möchten allerdings aus Tradition und zum Schutze des Kopfes vor Wärmeverlust oder Regen und Sonne einen Hut tragen. Ein Gehörschutz mit Kopfbügel macht das Aufsetzen und Tragen eines Hutes aber nur schwer möglich. Um dennoch einen Hut zu tragen, wurde ein Gehörschutz mit Nackenbügel entwickelt. Bei diesem geht der federnde Bügel im Bereich des Nackens von einer Gehörschutzmuschel zur Anderen. Nachteil dieses Gehörschutzes ist es aber, dass der am Nacken und an der Schulter verlaufende Federbügel zwar das Tragen eines Huts erlaubt, aber das Zielen mit einem Jagdgewehr behindert, da der Bügel mit dem Schaft des Gewehres leicht kollidiert. Nackengehörschutz und Gehörschutz mit Kopfbügel gibt es auch in elektronischer Ausführung. Diese Geräte ermöglichen ein verstärktes Hören der Umwelt und dämpfen laute Geräusche ab. Zusätzlich sind nun Geräte auf dem Markt, welche wie Hörgeräte in die Ohrmuschel eingepasst werden und einerseits die Umweltgeräusche verstärken aber andererseits den Schussknall stark mindern. Diese Geräte sind allerdings sehr teuer, da sie speziell dem Ohr angepasst werden müssen. Zudem braucht der Träger eine lange Gewöhnungsphase an das Gerät, da durch die Abkapselung das Ohr schnell zu schwitzen beginnt, wodurch es leicht zu Entzündungen des Ohrkanals kommt. Weiterhin muss sich der Träger an die verstärkten Töne des Gerätes gewöhnen, was vor allem bei nur sporadischem Einsatz ein Problem macht. Der Nachteil aller beschriebenen und auf dem Markt befindlichen Gehörschutze ist, dass sie beim Jagdeinsatz oft umständlich zu handhaben sind. Eine ähnliche Gehörschutzeinrichtung ist aus der DE 2 113 471 A bekannt. Weiterhin zeigt die US 958 263 A einen Hut mit dort angebrachtem Gehörschutz. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Gehörschutz vorzustellen, welcher das Tragen eines Hutes und hierbei besonders eines Jagdhutes erlaubt. Gleichzeitig soll der Gehörschutz so mit dem Hut verbunden sein, dass ein Tragen in der Tasche entfällt. Zudem soll es möglich sein, den Gehörschutz einerseits so zu fixieren, dass er vom Ohr entfernt ist und der Träger alle Umweltgeräusche wahrnehmen kann, ohne dass der Gehörschutz vom Hut genommen werden muss und andererseits in einer zweiten Stellung an die Ohren gepresst wird. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Hierzu wird eine Montageplatte an die Unterseite der Hutkrempe eines Fils- oder Wollhutes angebracht. Diese Montageplatte dient einerseits zur Aufnahme von Halteelementen für Gehörschutz, Nachtsichtgerät, Lichtquellen usw. und andererseits zur Aufnahme der Haltekräfte dieser Geräte, da eine Hutkrempe eines Woll-Filzhutes in der Regel nicht stabil genug ist, um diese Geräte zu halten. Die Montageplatte kann auch erfindungsgemäß auf der Hutkrempe sitzen oder in die Hutkrempe eingearbeitet sein um den Zweck der Aussteifung der Hutkrempe zu erfüllen. Ebenso sind in weiteren Ausführungsformen Einzelsegmente oder ein oder mehrere Ringe denkbar um diesen Zweck der Aussteifung der Hutkrempe für die Aufnahme von Halteelementen und Kräften zu erfüllen. Um den Hut auch ohne Gehörschutz zu tragen, ist es in einer Ausführungsform möglich, die Montageplatte lösbar mit der Hutkrempe zu verbinden. Dieses ist zum Beispiel durch den Einsatz eines Klettbandes möglich. Ebenso ist es in einer weiteren Ausführungsform möglich, die Halterungen so auszugestalten, dass die Montageplatte samt Halterungen am Hut verbleiben und der Gehörschutz sowie die weiteren Geräte leicht über Schnappmechanismen oder Verschraubungen an den Halterungen montiert und demontiert werden können. Um ein normales Hören mit aufgesetztem Hut zu ermöglichen, ist es bevorzugt möglich, dass die Gehörschutzmuscheln (5), (6) in den Gehörschutzfixierungen (10) fixiert werden können. Hierbei werden die Gehörschutzmuscheln (5), (6) nicht an die Ohren gepresst, sondern es entsteht vielmehr ein Freiraum zwischen den Ohren und den Gehörschutzmuscheln (5), (6), wodurch die Ohren frei liegen und der Träger normal hören kann. Weiterhin ist es besonders Bevorzugt möglich, dass der Gehörschutz vor einem starken Absenken geschützt wird. Um den Gehörschutz an die bei jedem Träger unterschiedliche Lage der Ohren anzupassen, ist es weiter Bevorzugt möglich entweder die Gehörschutzhalterung (8) des Gehörschutzes am Montagebügel zu verschieben oder es sind Rasterungen in der Gehörschutzhalterung (8) eingebracht, die eine Anpassung des Gehörschutzes in horizontaler Ebene ermöglichen. Weiterhin ist es in einer Ausführungsform möglich, die Gehörschutzmuscheln (5), (6) in vertikaler Ebene zu verschieben.
