An increasing number of households and businesses are installing decentralized energy systems with a connection to a public low-voltage power grid. A known embodiment of a decentralized energy system is the decentralized generation plant for electrical energy that is connected to the public low-voltage distribution network, for example the decentralized combined heat and power plant for generating electrical energy and heat. The combined heat and power plant uses the principle of combined heat and power for this purpose. A block-type thermal power station controlled according to the heat demand feeds electrical energy into the public power grid regardless of the load on the local low-voltage network. Another known embodiment of a decentralized energy system is the decentralized energy system with an energy store. For example, the electrical energy from the power grid is stored in a decentralized energy system with an accumulator and is fed back into the power grid regardless of the load on the local low-voltage grid, controlled by the user. If, for example, many decentralized energy systems feed energy into a branch of a low-voltage power network at a point in time with little energy consumption on this branch, this is very problematic, as this very often results in a load flow reversal on this branch. The electrical energy flows back to the transformer station via the low-voltage line and on to the next network levels via the transformer. In the low-voltage line in which the load flow reversal occurs, the network voltage rises problematically in many cases, since the low-voltage lines are very often insufficiently dimensioned to accommodate a large number of decentralized energy systems. As a further consequence, if this is based in very many parts of the power grid at the same time, the grid frequency of the entire power grid increases. This surplus of energy is dangerous because a power grid only works if there is a balance between the energy fed in and the energy consumed. If the power grid gets out of balance, the power grid collapses in the worst case.
A device and a method for controlling electrical loads are known from WO 2012/065 199 A2, which is based on the knowledge that the measured and processed change in the local grid voltage can be used by an energy end customer to locally switchable electrical loads to switch on an energy end customer in the event of an energy surplus or switch off in the event of an energy deficit.
The present invention is based on the object of specifying a method for improving the use of energy so that the problems mentioned at the beginning with decentralized energy systems do not come into play.
This is achieved by the characterizing part of the main process claim in conjunction with the features of the preamble and the appropriately designed features of the subclaims.
