Nachteil dabei ist, dass die Materialien an den Befestigungsstellen dünner gemacht werden und somit an Stabilität verlieren. Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist, das Bauteil mittels Biegen in Form zu bringen. Verschiedene Materialien lassen sich jedoch nur schwer Biegen oder können in ihrer Struktur beim Umformen geschwächt werden. Die Folge ist, dass die Materialien nur noch beschränkt oder nicht mehr für den ursprünglichen Einsatzzweck verwendbar sind.Furthermore, it is known that the objects to be held can be changed in shape by machining (eg drilling, milling or bending). Druck- oder Scherkräfte) werden in einem solchen Fall nicht von der Schraube allein, sondern auch von der Haltevorrichtung abgefangen bzw. über den konischen Außenzylinder abgeleitet. Somit bietet die Vorrichtung einen höheren Abreiß- bzw. Abscherschutz für die Schraubenköpfe. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist auch, dass die Schraube, nach dem Kontakt der Fahrzeugseite mit einem Hindernis und intakter Haltevorrichtung, bei einem Service mit den üblichen Werkzeugen gewechselt werden kann.The aim of the holding device is to ensure maximum protection for the screw connection between the components.
