The information record is created by a conference application installed on master terminal. The information record is sent to slave terminals via short message service (SMS) or multimedia messaging service (MMS). Information record is automatically imported in a standard SMS or MMS applications, if conference application is not installed on slave terminals. MMS client is made to retrieve information record of remote message server and to delete messages on message server. The information record is automatically imported into the conference application, if conference application is installed on slave terminal.
