Abstract

  • a. die Länge, Breite und Tiefe des Bauteils, des Aufnahmekasten und der Feder, ist flexibel wählbar, da die Längen aus Meterwaren gefertigt werden. Der Aufnahmekasten wird z. B. aus einem Strangguss-Vormaterial oder in ähnlicher Art und Weise vorgeformten Metermaterial abgetrennt. Die Spiralfeder wird ebenfalls in Meterwaren angeliefert und individuell zugeschnitten. Die Endstücke werden passgenau vorzugsweise mit einer Rastnase oder mittels einem flexiblen Raster auf das Stranggussformteil formschlüssig oder kraftschlüssig aufgesteckt/geschraubt/genietet/geschweißt etc. Durch diese Art und Weise der Herstellung und des Zusammenbaus der einzelnen Komponenten ergeben sich Fertigungsseitig wesentliche Vorteile. Diese bestehen darin, dass nicht für jede neue Anforderung seitens der Kunden ein neues Werkzeug (z. B. Blechbiegewerkzeug) angeschafft/erstellt werden muss. Hierdurch können die Herstellkosten gesenkt und die natürlichen Ressourcen geschont werden.
