Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Warneinrichtung für ein Kraftfahrzeug, bei dem ein Fahrassistenzsystem für Querführung aktiv ist zum Warnen eines Fahrers im Fall dass der Fahrer die Lenkung über eine gewisse Zeitdauer nicht übernimmt, mit einer Hands-off-Erkennungseinrichtung und einer Recheneinrichtung zur Verarbeitung von Informationen und zur Aktivierung mindestens einer Warnung. Erfindungsgemäß ist ein Lane-Assist (Spurhalteassistent) aktiv. Der aktive Lane-Assist unterstützt den Fahrer beim Halten der Spur. Danach schaltet der Lane-Assist sich ab, wenn der Fahrer nach einer Zeitspanne die Lenkung nicht selbst übernommen hat. Die Warneinrichtung ist weiter so eingerichtet dass, wenn der Fahrer nach der dritten Stufe der Eskalation, nach einer vorgegebenen Zeitdauer, die Lenkung des Kraftfahrzeugs nicht übernimmt, die Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs automatisch reduziert wird.
