Description
Technisches GebietTechnical area
The present invention relates to a fiber-reinforced insole as well as to footwear equipped therewith, in particular cramponproof climbing shoes and cycling shoes for professionals and ambitious amateur athletes.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
Footwear dresses one foot and protects it against a background. Footwear is known to consist of an upper part, the superstructure or shaft and a lower part, the ground. Both the shaft and the floor comprise a plurality of interconnected items. Thus, the floor often has an outsole pointing towards the ground, an insole pointing towards the foot and a midsole arranged between the outsole and the insole. The insole plays a central role in this, as it connects the upper and the bottom. The outsole is made of abrasion-resistant material such as rubber, while the midsole is made of shock-absorbing material such as rubber, polyurethane, ethylene vinyl acetate, etc. As the insole fits directly to the foot or to an insole for the foot, it is made of both stable and comfortable material such as leather, polyamide, cellulose, etc.
Footwear with a fiber-reinforced insole is particularly stiff and lightweight, which is desirable, for example, in crampon-resistant mountain boots or pedalsystemkompatiblen bicycle shoes. For the purposes of the present invention, the fiber-reinforced insole has a high flexural rigidity of typically at least 90%, preferably at least 95% and optionally at least 98%, corresponding to a sole deflection of typically at most 10%, preferably at most 5% and optionally at most 2%. The flexural stiffness is determined as the sole deflection that occurs when a force of 80 kg is applied to the mechanically fixed heel of the insole in the ball area of the insole. The fiber reinforcement often consists of a carbon fiber composite. The bottom of crampon-resistant mountain boots must not bend, otherwise the crampons taut on the ground may slip off the footwear. And the bottom of pedalsystemkompatiblen bicycle shoes must be as stiff as possible in order to achieve optimum power transmission from the clicked into the pedal system floor in the pedal system.
The object of the invention is to provide an improved fiber reinforced insole.
This object is achieved by the characterizing feature of: independent claim.
Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention
The invention relates to a fiber-reinforced insole consisting of at least two layers of fiber composite material and an intermediate layer of a spacer, in particular a layer with honeycomb structure or an open-cell or optionally closed-cell foam layer. Preferably, at least one side of the fiber reinforcement consisting of a fiber composite is connected to a heat-insulating layer.
Investigations by the Applicant have shown that a footwear with a fiber-reinforced insole has a very good thermal conductivity, which cools the foot at low outdoor temperatures, which can lead to cold and frostbite in the person wearing the footwear. The very good thermal conductivity of the fiber reinforced insole can be counteracted without noticeably increasing the weight and the thickness of the footwear by connecting the fiber reinforced insole with an insulating heat protection layer, which prevents the foot from cooling down.
Advantageous developments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.

Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung Ways to carry out the invention
The fiber reinforcement typically comprises a carbon fiber composite, glass fiber composite or aramid fiber composite.
Carbon fiber is a high performance fiber often made of polyacrylonitrile. A number of carbon fibers or glass fibers or aramid fibers are combined into bundles and processed into textile structures such as a woven fabric, knitted fabrics, knitted fabrics, etc. The textile structure is soaked in synthetic resin such as epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, polyester resin, polyester, etc., thereby forming a fiber composite. The weight proportions of a small carbon fiber composite are, for example, 70% carbon fibers and 30% synthetic resin.
In one embodiment of the invention, a honeycomb layer of aluminum is placed between two layers of such a fiber composite and bonded to a fiber reinforcement in a curing process in a materially bonded manner. The aluminum honeycomb layer, which acts essentially as a spacer, is designed as an array of elementary prisms with a hexagonal cross-section and has a multiplicity of through-openings which run essentially perpendicular to the layers of the fiber composite material. As an alternative to the honeycomb layer, it is also possible to use a foam material made of open or closed-cell polymethacrylimide, polystyrene, polyurethane, etc. as a spacer and to place it between two layers of fiber composite and to join them together in a curing process in a materially strong fiber reinforcement. As a rule, it is sufficient if this spacer layer extends over a region between the heel and the ball of the foot, but it can also be designed such that it extends over the entire length of the fiber composite layers. In addition, it may have a uniform thickness over its entire area, but may also be flattened specifically at its two-sided ends.
The layers of the fiber composite material and thus the fiber reinforcement preferably extend over the entire length of the insole, which in turn preferably extends over the entire length of a sole, d. H. from the heel area to the toes. Thus, the desired for applications in hiking boots and cycling shoes, continuous sole stiffness can be ensured. For special applications, however, shorter pieces of the inventive fiber reinforcement and / or the fiber-reinforced insole of such kind can be used, both in the field of sports shoes as well as in the field of orthopedic shoes.
With the knowledge of the present invention, those skilled in the art can make variations without departing from the present inventive concept. Thus, for example, instead of using the two layers of fiber composite, he can also use at least one shaped piece made of impact-resistant plastic such as polyamide, polyethylene, polypropylene. Also, those skilled in the art can use fiber reinforcement without intervening honeycomb layer, for example, by replacing the spacer and at least one fiber composite layer with a molded piece of impact resistant plastic provided with ridges and ribs, which also reduce the weight of the molding and the rigidity of the thus equipped Insole would increase. In addition, the skilled person may use a honeycomb structure of a material other than aluminum, for example, he may use a honeycomb structure made of copper, titanium, iron, cellulose, polyamide, polypropylene, polyester, etc.
