Abstract

Es existieren zahlreiche Arbeitsmittel zur Erfassung und Überwachung von Terminen. Hierbei können Terminsbeginn und Terminsende bestimmt und überwacht werden. Im Bereich der Software für Touchscreengeräte, z. B. Smartphones, Tablets, etc. existiert derzeit keine Software, die das bevorstehende Erreichen eines ausgewählten Zeitpunkts (Termins) durch optische Signale in den Farben gelb und rot, akustische und Vibrationssignale über eine wählbare Zeitspanne (Ankündigungszeitraum) hinweg ankündigt. Der sich selber einen Termin setzende Nutzer hat oftmals Probleme bzgl. der Einschätzung der ihm verbleibenden Zeit bis zum Terminsende. Wünschenswert ist es für den Nutzer auf das bevorstehende Terminsende hingewiesen zu werden, damit er die verbleibende Restzeit, die für die Zeitspanne bis zum Terminsende verbleibt, effektiv nutzen kann. Desweiteren kann es dem Nutzer hilfreich sein in einfachster Signalisierung zu erfahren, wie weit eine Zeitüberschreitung vorliegt. In Besprechungsterminen mit Dritten befindet sich der Nutzer oftmals in der misslichen Lage, nicht mit aller Deutlichkeit auf das von ihm definierte Fristende hinweisen zu können, z. B. auch aus Gründen der Höflichkeit. In all diesen Fällen ist eine akustische Mitteilung oder einer Mittelung per Vibration nicht immer unbedingt angebracht und nützlich, oft auch sehr störend. Hilfreich ist in all den vorgenannten Problemlagen bei der Verwendung von Touchscreengeräten eine entsprechende Signalisation der Ankündigungszeit bis zum Terminsende und der Hinweis auf das Terminsende sowie eine entsprechende Signalisation der Fristüberschreitung durch die Ampelfarben Gelb und Rot, ggfs. auch Grün. Desweiteren besteht somit auch kein Arbeitsmittel auf der Grundlage der vorgenannten Farbsignalisation, die es ermöglicht durch eine Touchfunktion auf einer vorgegebenen auswählbaren grafischen Elementliste eine Zeitspanne auszuwählen bzw. zu bestimmen, z. Die Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich durch die Verwendung der Ampelfarben gelb und rot. Für den unkritischen Termins-Zeitraum kann auch noch die Farbe grün dargestellt werden. Aber auch in Eigennutzung ohne Teilnahme Dritter kann die farbliche Veränderung des Displays sehr eingängig sein und sogar unterbewußt aufgenommen werden. Das Signal gelb bedeutet eine Vorankündigung für einen Zustandswechsel und ist daher geeignet den Vorankündigungszeitraum bis zum Eintritt des Terminsendes zu signalisieren. Rot ist allgemein als Signal für eine Gefahr oder einen ungewünschten Zustand bekannt und signalisiert daher das Erreichen des Terminsendes. Der Eintritt des Termins wird durch mehrmaliges, z. B. durch dreimaliges Signal mitgeteilt wird und nach Erreichen des Termins wird die Zeitüberschreitung durch eine analoge oder digitale Uhr auf dem Display angezeigt. Dem Nutzer kann die Zeitüberschreitung in beliebig einstellbaren Intervallen durch akustisches Signal mitgeteilt werden, z. B. zweimalig je Minute. Die Software kann erweitert werden durch eine Touchfunktion mittels derer es möglich ist, auf einer vorgegebenen auswählbaren grafischen Elementliste eine Zeitspanne auszuwählen bzw. zu bestimmen, z. B. 30 Minuten Zeitdauer eines Gesprächstermins, wobei sodann durch Touch der Termin gestartet werden kann.
