Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verbundfolie (15c) für einen Schlauchbeutel (1), wobei die Verbundfolie (15c) aus mehreren miteinander verbundenen Schichten (16b, 24a, 25a, 29) besteht, wobei wenigstens eine der Schichten (16b, 24a, 25a, 29) als eine Barriereschicht (16b, 29) ausgebildet ist, und wobei wenigstens eine weitere Schicht (29) vorgesehen ist, die eine Aussparung (30; 30a) aufweist. Darüber hinaus ist es als nachteilhaft anzusehen, dass durch das Ausstanzen des Loches und anschließende Wiederverschließen des Loches durch die Materialschicht des Packstoffstreifens die ursprünglichen Barriereschichten aufgetrennt bzw. zerstört wurden. Dies stellt insofern eine potentielle Schwachstelle dar, als dass das Herstellen der ursprünglichen Barriereschutzfunktion einen hochwertigen Packstoffstreifen (hinsichtlich Material bzw. Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Verbundfolie mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
