Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Baukastensystem zum alternativen Bau eines Elektropersonenkraftfahrzeugs oder eines Elektronutzfahrzeugs. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein mit diesem Baukastensystem hergestelltes Elektropersonenkraftfahrzeug bzw. ein Elektronutzfahrzeug.The present invention relates to a modular system for the alternative construction of an electric passenger vehicle or an electric utility vehicle. Aufgrund ständig steigender Umweltauflagen und strenger werdender Umweltvorschriften, rücken zunehmend Hybrid- und Elektrofahrzeuge in den Fokus der Automobilentwicklung, wobei aufgrund stetig steigender Kapazitäten moderner Fahrzeugbatterien auch Elektronutzfahrzeuge zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnen. Aus dem herkömmlichen Fahrzeugbau ist dabei bekannt, dass zu einer rationellen und wirtschaftlichen Fertigung von Kraftfahrzeugen in vielen unterschiedlichen Ausstattungslinien möglichst viele gleiche Komponenten verbaut sein sollten.Due to ever-increasing environmental requirements and stricter environmental regulations, hybrid and electric vehicles are increasingly becoming the focus of automobile development, and due to steadily increasing capacities of modern vehicle batteries, electronic motor vehicles are becoming increasingly important. Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, ein Baukastensystem anzugeben, mit welchem einfach und schnell wahlweise entweder ein Elektropersonenkraftfahrzeug oder alternativ ein Elektronutzfahrzeug herstellbar ist. Hierzu weist das erfindungsgemäße Baukastensystem einziges Chassis-/Antriebsmodul sowie einen damit verbindbaren PKW-Aufbau und einen LKW-Aufbau auf. Zur Herstellung eines Elektronutzfahrzeuges muss bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Baukastensystem somit lediglich der LKW-Aufbau mit dem Chassis-/Antriebsmodul verbunden werden, wogegen zur Fertigung eines Elektropersonenkraftfahrzeuges der PKW-Aufbau mit dem ansonsten gleichen Chassis-/Antriebsmodul verbunden werden muss. Insbesondere das Verkleben ermöglicht eine schnelle und rationelle Fertigung des Elektronutzfahrzeugs bzw. eines entsprechenden Elektropersonenkraftfahrzeugs, wogegen das Verschrauben der alternativen Aufbauten mit dem Chassis-/Antriebsmodul auch ein späteres Umrüsten von einem Elektronutzfahrzeug zu einem Elektropersonenkraftfahrzeug oder umgekehrt erlaubt. Beiden alternativen Verbindungstechniken ist dabei gemein, dass diese einen Toleranzausgleich ermöglichen, da ein Verschrauben bzw. Verkleben des PKW-Aufbaus oder des LKW-Aufbaus mit dem Chassis-/Antriebsmodul in ausschließlich zwei Ebenen erfolgt.
