Der Gewindeabschnitt des Stellelements ist dem Gewindeabschnitt des Sitzes zugeordnet und steht mit diesem in Eingriff. Die Anschlussbuchse des Stellelements kann mit einer Gaspatrone verbunden werden, um ein Gas der Gaspatrone freizugeben. Der zweite Zylinder ist mit dem ersten Zylinder schwenkbar verbunden. Die Aufblasvorrichtung ist mit dem zweiten Zylinder verbunden und weist eine äußere Kappe auf, die mit einem Ventil verbindbar ist.
