Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verschleißminimierung eines Gegenstandes mit veränderbarem Querschnitt während des Einsatzes beim Recken von extrudierten PVC-O Rohren.The invention relates to a device for minimizing the wear of a variable cross-section article during use in stretching extruded PVC-O pipes.
Bei der heutigen Herstellung von gereckten PVC-Rohren wird das Material in einem Extruder aufgeschmolzen und über ein Extrusionswerkzeug in eine Grundform extrudiert und anschließend in einem Kalibrier- und Kühltank kalibriert. Das extrudierte Rohr wird mittels eines Abzuges durch das System gefördert. Der Raum zwischen Schleppstopfen und Balg wird mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt und somit das Rohr aufgeweitet. Da das Rohr nun über den aufgeblasenen Balg gezogen wird, da es ja im kontinuierlichen Prozess gefertigt wird, liegen sehr hohe Reibkräfte auf den Berührungsflächen des Balges. Bedingt durch die erforderliche Elastizität des Balges sind Grenzen in der Verschleißfestigkeit des Balges gegeben. Zur Erhöhung der Verschleißfestigkeit des Balges wird der Balg mit einem Gewebe umwebt, damit zwischen dem Balg und der Innenseite des Rohres eine Schutzschicht entsteht. Trotz all der Maßnahmen ist die Standzeit relativ kurz, der Blag mit der Gewebeauflage hält zwischen 12 Stunden und 3 Tage.
