Abstract

The food cooling and warming device (1) comprises a working surface and a peltier element (2). The working surface is heated or cooled by switching the polarity of the supply voltage for the peltier element. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zum Kühlen oder Warmhalten von Speisen umfassend ein Peltierelement und einer diesem Element zugeordneten Arbeitsplatte. Die Arbeitsplatte soll vorzugsweise aus Aluminium oder einem anderen gut wärmeleitenden Material ausgeführt sein. Dem Peltieelement wird über einen Schalter Gleichspannung zugeführt. Die Gleichspannung wird über geeignete Versorgungseinheiten erzeugt. Die Gleichspannungsversorgung kann über ein separates oder integriertes Netzteil oder mit aufladbaren oder nicht aufladbaren Batterien sichergestellt werden. Die Gleichspannung führt zum Erwärmen oder Abkühlen der Peltieroberseite und damit der zugeordneten Arbeitsoberfläche je nach angelegter Polarität dieser Gleichspannung. Enstehende Wärme oder Kälte wird über eine zweite Platte aus gut wärmeleitendem Material aufgenommen. Ein dieser zweiten Platte zugeordnetes Gebläse führt die Wärme oder Kälte ab. Die erreichten Wärme- oder Kältegrade sind der jeweilige Differenzwert in Relation zu der Umgebungstemperatur.The invention relates to a device for cooling or keeping food warm, comprising a Peltier element and a worktop associated with this element.
