Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stechhilfe zum kurzzeitigen Einführen einer Nadel in die Haut eines Patienten für medizinische Zwecke gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a lancing device for the brief introduction of a needle into the skin of a patient for medical purposes according to the preamble of claim 1.
Stechhilfen werden insbesondere für Diabetiker gefertigt, die regelmäßig ihren Blutzuckerwert überprüfen müssen. Zu diesem Zweck müssen sie sich in die Haut stechen, so dass ein kleiner Tropfen Blut verfügbar wird, der in einem Messgerät zur Bestimmung des Blutzuckerwerts analysiert werden kann. Beim Zurückschwingen in die Ruhelage zieht sich die Nadel wieder durch die Austrittsöffnung in das Gehäuse zurück. Bei solchen Stechhilfen sind jedoch zwei Betätigungsschritte bis zur Erfüllung ihres Zweckes notwendig, zunächst ein Spannvorgang der Feder, anschließend nach dem Aufsetzen auf die Körperregion das Auslösen der Feder zum Stechvorgang. Dies wird vom Anwender als nachteilig empfunden. Nachteilig ist auch die Möglichkeit der Fehlbedienung. Zum Einen Ansetzen der Stechhilfe auf die Körperregion und Auslösen der Feder ohne vorher den Spannvorgang eingeleitet zu haben. Die Betätigung bleibt wirkungslos. Zum Anderen das Spannen des Gerätes ohne anschließendes Auslösen, die dazu führt das das Gerät möglicherweise über lange Zeit im gespannten Zustand bleibt, was eine erhebliche Belastung für die Bauteile der Stechhilfe bedeutet, oder nach dem Spannen eine unbeabsichtigte frühzeitiges Auslösen der Feder vor dem akkuraten Aufsetzten der Stechhilfe auf die ausgewählte Körperregion.Lancing devices are especially made for diabetics who need to regularly check their blood sugar level.
